If you like to cause problems and be a nuisance then this is the place for you. You can vandalize vehicles, steal packages, make loud unnecessary noise, and threaten people’s life. Management doesn’t do anything about it.

My Wife and I have been here for 5 plus years and I must say that the quality of life has gone downhill soo fast that I would not even recommend this place to the most derelict , uncouth slime that inhabit this Earth. The non-stop rent increases , and the parking situation, and numerous other things that really make this place very stressful to deal with. Hopefully you don't make the same mistake that we have!

Nice park-like setting, newly renovated pool and the newly renovated apartments now have laminate floors. This is a pet friendly complex as well.

My husband and I have lived lhere at Sunset Trails for almost 2 years. The rent is not the lowest I've ever seen but its comparable with other apartments in the area. The grounds are lovely with bright manicured lawns, newly remodeled pool, clean laundry facility on site, spacious floor plans and that private community feel. The only reason I give this complex a 4 and not a 5 star rating is because I have called twice to have my door stop on the wall fixed and no one has come yet to fix it. I have a hole in my wall and i it's not very aesthetically pleasing .
