Lahaina’s historic district is a National Historic Landmark, exuding the feel of a traditional Hawaiian seaport with numerous well-preserved buildings.

Front Street is also the site of Lahaina’s world-famous Halloween celebration known as the Mardi Gras of the Pacific. After searching for housing for a month, Sunset Terrace was able to get us in immediately. All of the staff are extremely nice & helpful. They even went above & beyond to help us find essentials since we moved from the mainland with only our clothes. The community is beautiful with mountains on one side & a beach right across the street. Shops to meet your every need are within walking distance. Public transportation has a stop right outside the entrance. Prices are very reasonable. We are very pleased with Sunset Terrace!
Moving into "Sunset Terrace" has been a pleasure and a blessing. Not only do they keep the grounds, pool and Jacuzzi in top shape but the surroundings give you the options to create a paradise lifestyle. The location itself has some of the best take out ...(healthy choices)...a great beach park with tide pools...(the sunsets are incredible)...and all within walking distance . The management is on duty 6 days a week with security 24-7. Plus the place is "pet friendly"...Yes. Pets are a big part of "the pursuit of happiness". Here they are respected and considered part of the "ohana"...(family). Maintenance is always on property and problems are always solved easily. When I moved in everything was to the T. New paint, clean, everything in tip-top shape. The people at the complex are respected and respectful of everyone. I could not have picked a better place to live.
