Property Ratings at Sunset Place Apartments
This property has improved in less than one year! I been here for many years and I’m loving the new color of property. Really excited to see the finished projects coming up. Office staff is very friendly. The property manager Diana has been also here for 7+years and she take cares of residents. Some people will write negative stuff but maybe they were the problematic ones. Do not hesitate to rent here! It’s a family property!
Love Sunset Place. It's pretty affordable and i love the fact that since Capitol Management took over recently there has been a lot of improvements, they're building a pool which i cant wait to utilize over the weekend. I'm excited! Diana and the maintenance team are such sweethearts and always attentive to my needs.
This is a really good gated neighborhood to live in. The apartments are spacious. Whenever you have a maintenance problem they are quick to fix it. The ladies in the office are always there to help. It's all around a really good neighborhood to live in. And it's just minutes away from City Place and the Palm Beach Outlet Mall.
Very affordable and close to everything in West Palm beach.
