Make sure you ask them what are all the requirements before you pay for your application fee! They don’t put everything on paper ! They like to deny you without any explanations at all. Wasted my time and money. Manager is definitely rude! It seems like the workers don’t even know what they are doing! They told us one thing over the phone when you show up they say something else. So be prepared!

Good Luck to everyone who is new to the area. To be honest, Anything with “Gateway Management” attached to it Is indeed Shaky Grounds. The apartments look very nice but I’m wondering if they’ll be adding a gate because the Gas Station across the street is extremely hot/dangerous, if you know what I know, so be careful and mindful that the apartments surrounding Sunrise are known for a lot of Ratched Activity/Break Ins, especially if you don’t know anybody in the complex. Don’t let the Upscale Design fool you. LOL

I love my brand new apt home it did take a min getting in well worth the wait to me i love everything bout down to the brand new appliances to my own bathroom in my bed room thank u sunrise view for making me apart of ur new community love it here!

Try being told you are going to move in somewhere in February, being encouraged to break your current lease, demanding that you bring in tons of personal information only to have to wait six months to move in , only to have two managers quit and you have to restart all you paperwork because THE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL. The Sunrise View Apartments on Redan road by the Marta station is an epic fail. I’m sure all your tenants will be filing complaints be 2022…

Staff is not on the same page. Before they uploaded pictures onto Apartments.com, a lady in the office scheduled me an appointment to tour before doing an application. This was a whole months wait. I get in today and the lady tells me there are no units to view, how and y’all are new? And then cuts me off to start an application. Based off this experience, and others prior to scheduling and trying to call 100 times, I can tell staff would suck if I moved here. Changed my mind before even leaving the office. New doesn’t mean good.

I can believe their bad customer service, How much they give me the run around they're very irresponsible. I've given them a down payment months ago I'm just now at the end May hearing they have unit available, but still three weeks in they are playing with my Patient. I still haven't moved in!!! They it's a letter going to be send out you before you can move in I'm still waiting five weeks later no key no letter. I'm just like why is it so hard to get into "newly built apartment" and everything else is filled and I'm mentally tired of the back and forth these people I tried I've given chances!!!!!!! From the look of it all Amenities they supposed to have they stop building on it no gym no pool no park nothing room are very small !!!!

Called several times and even went up to the office to which I could CLEARLY see someone was in the office , the door was locked and when I called, I guess the woman could see I was standing outside her office window and answered the phone and told me I had to come back another time. I drove 35 minutes only to get told I had to come back another time?! Most unprofessional experience ever

I was just looking online for apartments, Sunrise View apartments came up as a new construction in my area. I emailed them and in about 30 minutes I received an email back. Answering my question and a flyer that had more information regarding the property. I then emailed them back with more questions and someone from the property called me to further assist me. Please do your research before you believe every review. Ms. King

Lie, don’t answer calls. Instead of them telling me that they gave my apartment away they literally waited until I had to come up to the office to sign a paper and declined the application the next day stating that they didn’t receive resident verification when they clearly did because I have the text message between them to prove that did. Projects in about 6 months.

This complex does not answer the phone. Or any form of communication . Very frustrating

This is a brand new apartment community, and getting in contact with them is virtually IMPOSSIBLE!!! I have called & emailed these people consistently over the past 2 weeks in regards to leasing an apartment. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I called 45+ times today alone and still nothing. It’s been an entire week, and no one has reached out in regards to my application status. They have text communication set up, but of course no one responds to that either. At this point the fact that they are a new community is not even appealing to me anymore and I am ready to withdraw my application, because this simply a preview of what it will be like living in this community....
