Panama City Beach is a coastal city with beautiful white-sand beaches – it’s what they’re known for! It’s a vacation destination on the Gulf, referred to as PCB (by the tourists, anyway). The city is located on the Florida Panhandle with miles of beachfront activities. To many it’s a spring break hotspot but to you, it is home. Pier Park is an upscale outdoor mall with a variety of shops and eateries. Sometimes there will be live music playing in the background as you shop and dine your way through.
When you live in PCB, you’ll have an abundance of water activities, such as parasailing and boating, at your fingertips. A variety of amusement parks call this place home. Visitors and locals alike enjoy the dolphin exhibit at Gulf World Marine and splash zones at Shipwreck Island. If golf is more you thing, Panama City Beach has it too. Numerous seaside restaurants are in walking distance of area apartments.

From the excellent management staff Shannon and Cheyenne to the outstanding maintenance staff Ted and Phil I couldn’t have been happier living here at Sunnyside apartments. The pool was always wonderful and refreshing. The clubhouse is nice too. I liked using the app to open the gate and my garage. Thank you for the wonderful apartment I got to rent.

Aesthetically pleasing complex. Good amenities. 24 hour access to the gym, which is great. Other amenities are set up to sundown… I feel it should be at least 10 PM… The amenities aside from the gym feel like time is being stolen for how much we pay for it and how early it closes. Friendly staff. 10 minute walk from the beach which is a plus.

***** I wanted to leave an outstanding review for living experience at Sunnyside Apartments. The atmosphere is very welcoming and well-maintained, creating for comfortable environment. CHEYENNE was so attentive and quick to get all my paperwork through to move in. The management, not to play Favorites but TED, and staff were attentive and friendly, always addressing any needs promptly. The community is also very pet-friendly and offers a cool walking trail right to the beach!! The apartments are impeccable and modern, with a thoughtful layout and high-quality finishes. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, wonderful Jacuzzi & Pool and beautiful communal spaces. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. Overall, Sunnyside Apartment complex is a gem, offering a high-quality living experience with attentive staff, impeccable apartments, and exceptional amenities.

I’ve lived here since April & I absolutely love it here. It’s in a great location in west PCB with little traffic compared to 79 and pier park. Peaceful and so close to 30A, the beach & grocery stores. I’ve lived in multiple apartments in PCB and this is definitely the best one. Love the gym, pool and hot tub as well. The staff have been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Love this place. apartments are extremely new! The amenities like the pool & the gym are amazing. Also love that it’s close enough to all of the shopping without being right in town. Just a walk away from the beach as well.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this apartment complex. Ever since the very first day we applied to live here we have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is incredible!
