This is a place to live, specially anyone who is trying to start a life on their own. I have lived here before and never once had any issues whatsoever. Community of the complex is very nice and stays quiet most of the time.

Nice place to call home. Convenience to highway 80 and transit systems to get to work or around are really good. Management is friendly.

Sundance is quiet and in a great location. The resident app is great and I like you can earn rewards for payments and other neighborhood things. I would give 4 stars just need to work on communication and updating the app. More community events for involvement would be great too.

Sundance is a great place with so much potential. I would like to see the utility and storage doors replaced due to dry rot or break-ins be replaced, and people put garbage where it belongs … in the dumpster, not all over the parking lot. Furthermore, gutters cleaned, paint refreshed, and at least a 24-48 hour response to maintenance requests. A lot to say, and I know you’ll be working on a lot of things in the near future and I appreciate this survey. Gives residents a chance to express their concerns regarding the property. Thank you!

My rent has gone up and the maintenance requests are completely ignored. (7 months to be exact) They give you the run around and never fix anything. They do not care about the residents the grounds are filthy and poorly maintained repairs needed on every building. I've gone as far as to report to corporate headquarters which the main office refuses to give you the contact information. AVOID MOVING HERE AT ALL COSTS!
There’s a lot of maintenance need to be done but hasn’t done even one. Busy preparing for other units for new tenants but no time to repair for damage either inside units or outside the units. Sprinkler landscaping is broken but not being repair. Utility equipment need replacement but take months ton inspect and still no action made. It’s under new management but still poor!

Do yourself a favor, don't move here. We moved here due to low-cost but soon realized why it was so cheap for this area. First off, good luck getting anything fixed. We dealt with a leak for first 7 months and then bathroom ceiling collapsed on top of it before anything was fixed. The first 4 to 6 months, they couldn't find out where the leak was coming from. It took a private contractor and the ceiling to cave in before anything was done. Our doorbell never worked and had placed multiple work order requests. Tons of cars sit vacant is spots for months on end leaving nowhere to park for residents and management does nothing about it. We did not enjoy listening to homeless people dig through our dumpsters all day and night during our entire stay. And yes, you can hear them from inside the apartment. We had received an A on our pre-inspection, however, weeks after having moved out, we received a bill stating we owed $600, instead of getting our security deposit back. There was over $500 of mistakes in our final disposition. Whoops, right? There is so much mis-communication between the office and upper management, getting anything done with them is extremely frustrating. Tons of phone-tag and back and forth emails with no resolutions or action taken. If you enjoy headaches and disingenuous property management, this is the place for you!

If I could issue a negative 1 star, I would. There is no compassion here, no flexibility, and they are not thoughtful towards their community members. I have lived here for 3 1/2 yrs, have never paid rent late, need to move out due to a family hardship, and they still charged me $3,350 to leave 6 months before my 4th lease expired. Not to mention in the course of 3 1/2 yrs, I've given them over $67,000. What a great company.
Well, let's say I was here today...THEY ROCK...time will tell.
The Sundance at Vallejo ranch is a nice little hidden gem. For the price and amenities offered you can't beat it. The are some cosmetic issues in the unit but it doesn't hinder the functionality of the living space. Overall its a nice community.
I believe that Sundance apartments are one of a kind, that offers many amenities. Also is very close to shopping centers/grocery stores, which is very convenient.
I was taken by surprise when I arrived here. I was worried about what to expect since my husband a moving from a house to an apartment. Getting of the car the atmosphere was very peaceful and inviting. The apartment did not disappoint either :-). I could certainly see myself being happy here.
