Property Ratings at Sundance Trails Apartments
Hallways and stairwells filthy. Never blown out never power washed. Dog washing station filthy. Dog areas filthy. Garbage compact the area filthy. Yet maintenance crew sit in air-conditioned maintenance garage 3 to 4 hours a day every day and do absolutely nothing. There is no supervision no management.
Knowing what I know now I would not have signed a lease here, especially a 12 month one. 1 week after moving in we were told that we would have to vacate our apartment for a week so a wall could be torn out so instead we switched apartments. Then about a month after that we had to move into a hotel for three days because of power issues. That was fine, we didn’t complain but as soon as you have an issue they say there is nothing they can do about it. The amenities advertised are not the amenities that you get to use. The grills work until you go to use them, the pool is usually clean, and the hot tub has never worked (that was a selling point for me but I didn’t realize at the time it doesn’t actually work). The fitness center seems to be the only thing that’s nice. Also have fun climbing or reaching over the fence to get to the pool since the gates do not work. If I could do it over again I would find someplace else, now I’m just counting down the months till my lease is up. The only positive I have is that Sherica in the office is amazing and has helped us every step of the way as much as she can.

I love living here. The apartment is quiet, has great appliances and is spacious. The staff is wonderful. The amenities are incredible. And the location is perfect. A++
