Any issues we did have got bullied and talked down to. Which included a hole in our roof, black mold and pest problems. They need to have more respect towards people. We are paying you for a safe environment your company needs to stop being on a defensive and actively fix issues

Sunbrook apartments is a good place to live. I feel safe and its quiet. My sons happy they have a nice pool as well so that is a plus. 24 hour laundry room makes it easy to do laundry with the hours I work. The location is great. Many restaurants and stores with in a 10 mile radius.

I have been at Sunbrook apartments one month today and so far my experience has been pretty good. I love the Park like of the outdoors surrounding the unit and the convenience of the on-site gym has been a godsent. The only issues I have are the lack of insulation between the unit walls (my neighbors are very loud), the fact that my month rent includes cable and internet that I can not opt out of, and some of the residence treat our parking lot like a speedway. Other than that I am enjoying my little studio apartment even though there are a few cosmetic issues but nothing major that needs immediate attention.

I love the office staff. Maintenance staff are great. Its like living in a park because of the trees. In May I will sign my 9th lease.

The complex is infested with cockroaches and mice. The police are always in the complex because it’s a lot of meth heads squatting. Not worth the price, the only good thing about it is it’s close to the highway. Literally the worse place I’ve ever rented for. Don’t waste your money, it’s not worth it!! You deserve better.

Sunbrook apartments is ok just make sure you look at your actual apartment before you sign your lease.

We love living at Sunbrook Apartments! The application process and move-in process were very easy and quick. They worked with us on moving-in a day early, which was great because we were moving from our of state. The community is well kept and the amenities are nice. We love using the dog park daily! The rent is reasonable and the location is great. Would highly recommend!

Sunbrook es un lugar cómodo, tranquilo y muy calmo para vivir, los apartamentos están adecuados a la necesidad de cada persona y los aparcamientos están distribuidos de tal manera que cada uno tiene su espacio para su vehículo; los vecinos respetan el espacio de cada uno y eso es grandioso. Su posición geográfica rodeada de naturaleza nos regala esa sensación de paz que todos buscamos en algún momento. Yo estoy contenta de haber elegido este lugar para vivir.
Other residents are disrespectful and arnt mindful of other people around them . They dont do much if there is a dog here that doesnt belong even though that dog attacked my dog. The appliances are decent but there is absolutely no storage space . Overall would not live here again .
I feel like at home here because It is generally peaceful place,good management and in particular I have friendly neighbors .
Sunbrook Apartments is a nice place to stay. They offer a lot of amenities for you to utilize. Many different leasing options. Management staff was friendly and helpful. Any questions I had they addressed in a timely manner.
Maintenance addresses issues immediately and completes work in a timely, professional manner...always prompt, always effective

I issued a concerning matter that a wasp nest was LITERALLY being built within the doorframe to my apartment. I called in the issue, and no response was made of it for 2 days! I had to destroy it myself
This apartment complex is conveniently located near the highway and features plenty of amenities including a pool and club house.
This is my first apartment, and Sunbrook has completely exceeded all expectations. I absolutely love living here and plan on staying for years to come!

Peace place to stay.
There is a sense of community at Sunbrook like no other. Not just with residents, but with management staff and maintenance staff as well (some of which are residents). There is a real sense of pride shown by the entire community with how well everyone helps each other, and plays their own part in keeping the look of the community clean and presentable. It almost breaks my heart to move out in a few months when I leave for a new job.
Sunbrook Apts Has been such a great Stay and experience for me for 20 years now. Its so convenient for all my Shopping needs & very close to my Job & Church Home. I would definitely recommend Sunbrook to anyone that is looking for a Great place to Live. The Staff here really treat you like Family and they are professional and caring about you and your needs.
Nice view and quietness are plus. Tight space compared with rent is a minus.

Gigi, Kerri, and Shawn have shown cordial support to my needs. As I have seen on the review for the strength of Sunbrook, yes, the leasing office people are a true asset to Sunbrook. I have a bad coincidence right after moving in, but they worked for it right away and felt sorry for what I had to experience by giving a gift card as the worth $50. Thank LORD for His control and good people in Him!
