Cortland SunRiver is a community of attractive apartments. These buildings are well maintained and we are happy to drive into our parking spot. We are happy to go out on our "porch" to check the weather, or take a seat and breath in the evening air. We are blessed!

Lucas & Nicole who manage Cortland Sun River are top-notch professionals who are caring and understanding. They are super friendly and set the right vibe for the Cortland Sun River community. The ambience is peaceful with nice sidewalks and xeriscaped areas for everyone, including furry friends, to enjoy! The units are remodeled, clean and modern. Cortland Sunriver is a must see. It's a great place to call home. It is a well-maintained community. The apartments are newly renovated, and the management team is excellent. It is like a community and the residents are friendly, varies in all age groups. The amenities range from trash valet 24-hour workout room with all new equipment, a club house with a large screen TV and Billiard table where you can entertain your guest or use as a space to work on your computer. There is always a coffee and donuts with the management team on Friday. There is 3 pools. Two small ones at both ends of the community and a resort style one with a jacuzzi which includes a variety of lounge chairs and a major grill which was build when the community was renovated. Check it out, it is at the corner of La Canada and River. It is near NW Hospital, Tucson Mall, Costco and many other shopping areas. I sure you will sign on the dotted line!

The staff has been nothing short of amazing. My views are top notch. The community events are so much fun and family oriented. The new spa pool is gorgeous. The rent is great. Did not see a bug one time. Maintenance was called once for a mistake I made. I mean the place has no faults. Do yourself a favor and come here. Very safe.

With the improvements completed with apartments and grounds it looks like an inviting pleasant place to live. The new pool area is very nice.
Love the landscaping in the community! Very new home appliances and community amenities. Amazon locker makes it online shopping safe and convenient. Responsive maintenance team. Very nice management staff.
Sun river is a great apartment complex for new families and recently graduated college students. It is quiet, has great amenities, and lovely staff that make you feel welcome. They are always hosting small events for residents, and even provide free doughnuts and coffee!
The community is amazing, the responses are quick. Amenities are what we were looking for and the spacious floor plans(at least compared to other complexes for sure).
I am very pleased with Nicole and the manager in the office cause have gone out of their way to be patient and helpful with me. Also the maintenance team have been helpful and kind

Apartments interiors are very nice. Customer service is not too good. Amenities are fine. Parking space not very convenient. At this time too many disruptive construction issues in the parking lot.

Cortland, Sun River is a great place to live. I just renewed my lease. The entire community went under major renovation from every apartment with Samsung high efficiency appliances, new air conditioners, and no carpets in the apartments, a sanitary plus. The amenities are wonderful. A new workout room and new equipment with access 24/7. The pool is amazing with a grill in the area which is ideal for a weekend retreat by the pool with piped in music. The landscaping is beautiful. It is also a gated community. Office staff is professional and prompt on addressing issues. It definitely has a sense of community. I is located close to everything. Don't take my word for it, check it out yourself, I am sure you will agree.

Cortland Sun River has been an incredible community to live in! Everything is new and clean, plus I feel safe and welcomed everyday. I have been living here for 5 months so far and am extremely happy with my decision to move here. The staff is always friendly and any maintenance is usually taken care of within a day or two. The grounds are always maintained well and kept clean, plus the new pool is to die for! I would definitely reccomend Cortland Sun River to anyone looking to move to Tucson!
We think this is a nice place to hang our hats. It is clean and pleasant and so are our fellow neighbors. We feel safe here. And love that we can walk to Walgreens!!

I have been here since April, and I have no complaints. The Management, Jessica, Celina, and Nicole and Maintenance, Chris and Armando, Teams are Great. They work hard every day. There are some many upgrades taking place, new workout room, a huge pool, all the apartments with great features. I can't wait until they are completed. It is a friendly community. I LOVE it here!!

I love my Cortland Sun River apartment. It is newly renovated with all Samsung appliances. There are no carpets in the apartment which is much more sanitary. The location is great. It's near a hospital, mall, Costco and Sam's and many other stores and shops. The amenities are being upgraded too. They are in the process of putting in a new pool, upgrading the workout room and the other amenities. The community is well kept and gated. The landscapers do a great job. It's pet friendly. I am glad I found this place and don't plan on moving anytime soon.

The property used to be nice with honest owners. Ever since Cortland took over it’s been nothing but a money grab. The rent is outrageous for what the property is, and the rent doesn’t reflect the fees. You have to pay a $7.50 fee every month now just to pay your rent. You pay twice for trash, common area electricity, water, pest control. I can’t wait until my lease is up. Never deal with Cortland.

The fee mentioned to pay rent might be due to a credit card processing fee, ACH payments are always free.
