Sun Ridge Townhomes is a beautifully landscaped community located near Fresno State University Campus, Save Mart Center, Campus Pointe shopping center and Dog House Grill. Our property is right off of Shaw Ave. at the 168 freeway. We have a fitness center, pool and jacuzzi, a tennis and basketball court, and a rec room with a foosball table and study area. We are a short walk from major bus lines, restaurants and a movie theatre. Property Ratings at Sun Ridge Town Homes
My roommates and I have lived here at Sunridge since May of 2017. We all agree that living here has been amazing, and has definitely made our college experience a blast. The Staff is very friendly, and very helpful in every way possible. Shout out to the maintenance crew, as they are some of the coolest guys you will ever meet and are very caring for all the tenants here. The Townhomes are very spacious and close enough to Fresno State and all the surrounding area so thats a plus. The price point is competitive in comparison to a lot of the other smaller apartments nearby. Thank you Sunridge Staff for making this a great experience for us, we appreciate everything.
Sun Ridge has been an excellent place to live. The Town Homes are nicely kept, clean and quiet. Has been a great place with those with families and those looking for a safe and friendly environment! Office staff - Diana and everyone in the office are very nice, great to work with, and willing to help and answer any and all questions. Town homes - Spacious, upstairs and downstairs so no noisy upstairs neighbors. All appliances you need. Washer/dryer, etc. Very well kept. And Mike is always ready to help with any repairs. Neighbors - everyone is very nice and respectful. No issues with noise or after hours issues. I give Sun Ridge excellent rating and definitely would refer to everyone looking for nice, comfortable, clean spot to rent.
