I lived at Summit Ridge for 5 years and loved every minute of it. I rented a 3 bedroom patio home and it was so spacious. The views from the patio were one of my favorite things about living there. Deborah and Dean were great to work with.... Always available and helpful. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend.

A very quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. Sidewalks through out the community, great place to walk a dog. Property Manager, Deborah and Maintenance, Dean are exceptionally pleasant, helpful and provide quick resolutions to any issues. Wonderful place to live!

I would not recommend living here. Management is horrible. I had a mulch fire in my yard, but management showed no concern saying it was common- refused to let me remove the mulch to prevent further damage.
