I lived at Summit Ridge for 5 years and loved every minute of it. I rented a 3 bedroom patio home and it was so spacious. The views from the patio were one of my favorite things about living there. A very quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. Sidewalks through out the community, great place to walk a dog. Property Manager, Deborah and Maintenance, Dean are exceptionally pleasant, helpful and provide quick resolutions to any issues. Wonderful place to live!

I would not recommend living here. Management is horrible. I had a mulch fire in my yard, but management showed no concern saying it was common- refused to let me remove the mulch to prevent further damage.
