Property Ratings at Summit Ridge
We've lived in Summit Ridge for a year now. We were the first tenants to move into our building. The appliances are all GE stainless steal and look/work great. We haven't had any maintenance complaints yet. The only problems we have had are the walls are very thin and the screaming child next door is very loud. It's not in the best neighborhood in Moorhead so the people here are loud and don't seem to respect the property as much as we would expect from decent people. Overall, the resident management staff have been very helpful and nice and keep the place looking great. This place is awesome for those who are on a budget and need a decent apartment.
