Directly south of Richmond is the historic city with a modern charm of Petersburg, Virginia. Property Ratings at Summit Pointe Apartments
the apartments aren't that good. the walls are very thin you can hear what your neighbors are doing and what's going on outside very clearly. The building I was in was infested with roaches. they only get the exterminators to spray around instead of bombing the entire building. trash is everywhere outside. they don't come and replace the air filters. the price of the rent should be at least 200 less than what it is.
Me my boyfriend and our oldest son moved here in April of 2021. We got the 2 bedroom one bath small renovated. First our apartment looked nothing like the pictures they try to sell you on. Second The floor was filthy when we moved in. Hardwood floors at that. There was a huge hole in our kitchen floor that never got repaired they just stuck some tape over it. Our dishwasher didn’t work at all Which they never came and fixed the whole year we lived there. The trash outside was always full && barely emptied. To the point where there where rodents everywhere and one was inside our apartment through a hole in the closet we had no clue about and was in my sons room. The deposit we made we never got back. The lady at the front office told us we could Leave our huge couch and some Empty bins && that someone would get them for Us because they were heavy && huge. No one did it like she said they blamed us && put us in debt and kept our deposit because she told us wrong. So glad we moved when I found out I was pregnant again. This place was horrible. Maintenance was terrible && the staff at the office is RUDE! Do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else to live.

I moved in on 8/10/19. I have had nothing but problems. The owners must be heartless and the staff is poor. I had no fridge for the first day. I have had the a/c break down about 4 times. The w/d unit is not one I would ever buy. The thing has too connect too the sink. The sink cannot handle that much water so you have too have a bucket. I would pack up and run if I could afford too.
