I am so happy to live here! It’s a wonderful place. Very clean, good maintenance and very good service for the customer service. Really great place.
We just moved in last weekend and so far things have been really great! Our building seems to be very quiet and we have no complaints so far!
Currently moving into our new unit, the lease up process was quick and efficient. Having completed the lease up process online was best for us since we are moving over the course of a couple weeks. While moving in have met a couple new faces and everyone has been very pleasant.
It’s a very nice place. The staff are all very sweet and accommodating when they can be. The maint. Staff always responds to requests super quickly
Facility is beautiful! Only complaint would be residents allowing their children to play in the dog park with their scooters etc. and not stop them when other dogs approach to want to enter. It creates an unwelcoming environment for the other dogs! Not every dog plays well with toddlers
Best place to live. Other residents are friendly. The grounds are nice. The office staff and the maintenance crew are great. Going on 3 years living here and still love it.
I’ve lived here for 90 days now and honestly, it has exceeded my expectations for the most part. The buildings and common areas are always clean, and clutter free. They maintain the properties well too, the maintenance team is outstanding for any requests. The only opportunity is there is a tree on my walkway and the tree is a little overgrown so you can have to walk through it when walking down the sidewalk. That’s all. The office staff is so nice and accommodating as well. Some may say the rent is pricey, and while it is above average, the maintain the property better than others in the area.
We had been looking for a apartment for a little bit, I came across the ad for Summit Place and was happy to see all the amenities they offered. , And we went and saw a unit. We both were very excited. We than put in a application. We ended up with a slight issue. The company Made a few calls and was doing all they could to make sure we got approved. We felt so very so greatful and New at that moment we were going to be completely Happy with our decision. A few days later we got the approval and signed a lease. They went out of there way to make sure the process was easy and not stressful. Moving can be stressful as it is. Summit Place will make it that much easier to live here. The views are awesome ,The apartments are good size. And Pet Friendly.

Everyone has been very nice and extremely responsive to requests. I have only been here a couple of weeks, but the place is very quiet, well-kept, and very welcoming.
I lived in building 30 for 2 years. I had a crazy neighbor downstairs and parking lot was always full after 5 pm, so I moved to building 60 and living here for about 8 years. I have good neighbors and plenty of parking space. The office staffs are very helpful and the maintenance people are great. Dog friendly, clean building/unit, close to stores, restaurants, highways… Overall the summit place is a great place to live.
Great place to live… Great atmosphere and very peaceful. Could have always been better but nothing negative you can say about this place.I highly recommend to whoever looking for a place to live to check it out.
Just renewed our lease again. We are amazed how much we love this place. The staff is amazing here. The office staff is always there for you and always with a smile. Maintenance crew always keeps the grounds looking great and they are all very friendly. Their response time for anything you request is always completed within hours to a couple of days depending on what you need done . They don’t put you off for days or weeks. We love calling Summit Place our home.
Clean apartments, fantastic property staff. Michael made the leasing process easy and efficient. I love that the property is set back, and you can tell the owners take pride in the property. I’ve lived here a week, and already they are repairing asphalt, and landscapers are laying fresh mulch.
Moving in has been a great experience. Management is helpful and nice. Neighbors are quiet. Only downside is smell of cigarette smoke in apartment.
Just celebrated 2 years living here. Have enjoyed so much of it. Between the staff and the better rates than other apartments nearby, its been great to be here.
It’s been really nice and peaceful! Exactly what we needed. You should really consider by allowing Gas grills in here. Would be awesome not to have to line up to use the grills from the outside that everyone use.
Overall my roommate and I have been pretty happy with apartment at Summit Place, and have found everyone in the main office to be incredibly helpful and prompt when dealing with maintenance requests or other concerns. The only area of improvement I can think of off the top of my head is that occasionally packages will get delivered in front of our building instead of directly to the mail room, and then will be gone by the time I get home from work. Companies have been very generous so far about refunding packages that I didn't receive, but maybe a clearer sign for delivery truck drivers about the location of the package room could prevent similar issues in the future.
Mike did a great job setting up our affordable housing application and we moved in no problem! Amenities and safety of the building have been great. Our cat loves her new home

No elevators and packages sometimes go missing from mailroom but I love the layout of my unit and having a porch is awesome when it is nice out
Been here for about three years in total. I am still loving it. It's close to to things so your not driving forever to grab something but far enough away so you have your privacy. Everyone is nice and very helpful

I’m going on my 4th year living here and so far have had a great experience. Maintenance is quick to fix any issue. Neighborhood is overall great. I wish the appliances were more modern.
This has been one of the worst "luxury" apartments I have lived in over the past ten years. I have lived in multiple apartment complexes much like this one. And in no way should this complex be labeled or considered a luxury complex mine as well nicer apartments to live in. First there is no elevator for the handicap, elderly, or new found mothers. This is unheard of for a newer apartment complex labeling themselves luxury. Second, the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned or prepared for our move in. Over the year and a half we have lived here it's been constant maintenance requests for things that should have been taken care of well before we moved in. Most recently we had our garbage disposal "fixed" and now ever since we have drain flies that have no gotten out of control. We have placed multiple urgent maintenance request for this and have yet to hear a thing. The apartment is almost unlivable.
The apartment is very nice. Love the big tub even though the floor squeaks when you are in the tub. Washer and dryier in the apartment is a huge plus. I do wish the washer was energy efficient.

Great Place to live. Little bit expensive but worth it. It would have been great if the had dumpsters in almost every area so residents wouldn’t have to go all the way up front for trash.
The leasing office especially Mike and Krista were very accommodating and pleasant. My transition to Summit has been very smooth and without any issues.
the office staff were friendly and helpful. we had a water emergency with the washer machine and the maintance staff responded rather quickly.
The apartment is so spacious and bright and the people at the office are always so helpful! I love having in-unit laundry, and the central air is also a huge plus!
So far so good. Besides the dog next door who barks so much, but shutting the door helps a bit. Staff has been really helpful with the move in process.

This is a beautiful place to live. The maintenance staff is top-notch and extremely friendly. The office staff is also friendly. This complex isn't like other ones it's built up on a hill where the building is separated and you have a beautiful view of the south.
I am finally moving out of Summit place, but I have loved my experience here. I'm only moving out because I'm pregnant with twins and ready to buy a home. I have enjoyed my almost eight years of living here. I will actually miss my apartment, specifically the large bathtub, washer dryer in the kitchen closet, and a beautiful view from my balcony. I wish my new house had those things. thank you for 7.5 wonderful years, Summit Place. 10/10 recommend!

We love living at Summit Place. Our building and neighbors are friendly and the building is quiet. I can’t say enough about the offer staff, they are incredible along with the maintenance staff. The neighbors will hit and ding your car in the parking lot and will not come clean about it. Other than that, the administration and maintenance crew are great and the grounds are nice as well.
