here since july 2024
It's an okay place to live but I am gone majority of the day for work usually. But for people like my sister who is at home majority of the time due to work-from-home and online school, I would not recommend. Living here can be unpleasant at times. Neighbors are excessively loud without regard for anyone else living on the property. Once the noise starts it is pretty constant for the rest of the day, and it is DAILY. Anything ranging from running/dragging things across the floors, dogs barking non-stop (sometimes for more than 30 continuous minutes), etc.

Had to walk past a clean pool that was kept up all summer that was never opened to go to another pool. If we pay for 2 pools then we should have access to both pools. The valet trash service also needs some work. Not very consistent service.

I absolutely love living at summit place! The office is constantly hosting different events to celebrate different holidays through out the year. Some examples are national chocolate day, where they give out different chocolates, National Taco Day, where they set up a taco bar for all residents to stop by and make their own taco's. They really strive to make residents feel like a community. 10/10

the only thing i keep having an ongoing issue with is the valet living not picking up my trash on days they come. my trash has been sitting out since 10/31 and as of 11/4 it still has not been picked up.

Over all amazing that apartments is clean and I have had no technical issues with it! however having the office answer emails is a little spotty.. but they are extremely nice and you can always walk into the office if necessary!

I love living here. I really do wish they would open the second pool tho, ??. I love the balcony where I can go sit and read or watch the beautiful sunset it's a great place to live.

Nice and friendly office staff. Good amenities. Only issue is that several repairs need to be made, and I just moved in. I feel repairs should have been done before the apartment was rented. Still really like it here!

Leasing Issues
The property is great, awesome management. The only issue is don’t do a short term lease and then turn around and do a longer term because the company will keep you at that highest rate. Learning from that mistake right now. Just be mindful if you plan on short leasing that if you decide to renew for a longer term, your rate will either stay the same, or go up!!

Great quiet neighborhood! Nothing crazy going on , kept clean for the most part! A lot of parking which is very surprising ! I wish amenities were open for a longer time that would be the only thing I would want to change. So far no problems with in neighborhood with any policies they have !

So far it’s been pretty quiet and no one really bothers you. Even when neighbors come in and out you don’t hear anything. We honestly love it here and we feel like home. On our move in date there was a little gift sitting on our bar counter which we thought was super cute
