I moved into Summit Knolls 13 months ago from a different state. It has been a great experience. The neighbors are quiet, the maintenance guy, Kevin is very friendly and quick to help. No issues with in-unit utilities. The units have a great open design with natural light, parking is excellent, the lawn is well kept. Office staff is communicative, friendly, and professional. Great location near lots of shopping, food, bank branches, etc. Very walking/biking friendly.

Lived there for 8 years. The last 3 months got a new neighbor with a barking dog. Complained several times to maintenance with no avail. Then spoke directly with the property manager several more times. Every time I was told to suck it up and deal with it because they were unable to enforce there own noise policy.

New owner has raised rent by over 30% for no reason other than the market dictates that. She is truly a rude person and does not care about you or anyone just about the $$$ save yourself from this place she’s the worst and before you know it you’ll be paying even more than you can imagine.

My Fiancé and I moved in back in mid June 2018 and we have zero complaints. Landlord is very easy to work with. They don’t hound you for payments. They fix everything right away. The area is quiet and close to everything you could need. Neighbors are great. Quiet and genuine. Love it here and we will be here for a few years for sure!!!! *****
My boyfriend and I just moved into our townhome about two weeks ago from Webster green and we couldn't be more happy with it. It's a great location. We have wonderful neighbors. I highly recommend them to anyone! Great community. The pricing is great. The maintance staff is speedy and respectful. Overall in love with it all.
We only just moved here and have been here just a few weeks but already we love it . We have a great view of the pond and we love all the trees and woods around us. Close to all stores and resturants , yet tucked away and very peaceful . The staff is very nice and it is a very tranquil atmosphere .
I feel blessed when I found this apartment. It is the ideal location, close(all within a mile and half) to all shopping, schools,banks, gyms everything one needs but yet has a country setting with woods & wildlife. The neighbors are friendly but not over friendly which I like. The apartment itself is well built & spacious and supplied with dishwasher, washer & dryer and AC ! In master bedroom is a bathroom and walk in closet ! The office is very accommodating and maintenance is always right there if I need them ! I couldn't ask for anything more.
Park like settings. Has your own entrance. Beautiful patios, balconies. Cathedral ceilings. The staff is outstanding. Would do anything for you.
I am very happy with the complex, my unit and most definitely the staff!! Everyone has been very nice and made the moving process very smooth.
The 2 bedroom unit has 1.5 bath and a washer and dryer in the unit- can't beat that!! It's updated and has a clean feel to it. The size of the unit is decent too.
Having long dedicated myself to healthy living and fitness, I was very disappointed/frustrated to find (once locked into a lease) that my immediate neighbors' cigarette smoke penetrated into my apartment continually. Even after purchasing an expensive air purifier I was still plagued with being forced to breathe other people's toxic smoke in my own "home." Having no choice but deal with it until my one-year lease expired, I was thrilled to leave what was for me a living nightmare. Further, there is little to no soundproofing between units. I could literally hear the conversations of my next-door and upstairs neighbors and vice versa I'm sure. Aesthetically attractive community but no privacy in my opinion. Would not recommend.
