Starting just north of the popular Hyland Forest Park and following Murray Boulevard south to Scholls Ferry Road, South Beaverton is a large neighborhood about two miles south of Downtown Beaverton. This beautiful area features tall trees and winding roads lined with a mixture of older, ranch-style houses and newer modern homes. A large shopping area is located along the southwest edge of the neighborhood, near the intersection of Murray Boulevard and Scholls Ferry Road.
Taking full advantage of Oregon's natural beauty, South Beaverton is filled with parks. The largest, Hyland Forest Park, covers 30 acres and has about a mile of hiking trails, an innovative "off-trail play area," where visitors can use logs to build forts and interact with the forest in an unstructured manner. I really like how I was able to remember my apartment ! Not as confusing as I thought it would be! The neighbors are very nice and welcoming, so are the mangers thank you ! The outside is also really pretty !

It’s a nice complex, very clean. We continue to have issues with the bathroom plumbing (both bathrooms) and that is frustrating. Maybe it’s just the unit.

thin ish walls, the bathroom fans and heaters can be a bit noisey at night. lovely location next to a park and three schools. Wish there was more clear information about parking, was told it was all free and then had a dude yell at me for taking his private space and was going to tow me? guess its not all free?

When we moved in it wasn’t fully “move in ready”. Dusty floors. Disbarred or broken things, all that. But the maintenance team has been great to work with. The people that run the main office are also nice and friendly. Our apartment does get pretty cold at night though

I’ve enjoyed it here so far, maintenance is fast, and the area is quiet. My only issue is when some people use the community facilities they don’t clean up after themselves. Overall everything else is wonderful.

Happy with the spot. Clean, friendly staff, lots to do in the area. The leasing office is great. Sometimes the bathroom makes a loud noise but other than that, happy. Very happy with the community and looking forward to making it a home.

My resident experience has been very positive over the last two years. The complex is quiet and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are nice, especially the dog park! Parking is very limited and can be a struggle for those that don't have a garage.

The community is quiet and clean. The staff is kind and courteous. The amenities are great and well maintained. Parking is accessible all over. Even if a little hars to find sometimes. We love living here.

Apartment maintenance isn’t kept up to its highest standard. Paint running down walls, wood off the cabinets worn off. Water damage on the floor that still hasn’t been fixed. Neighbor above us wakes up averagely at 3:30-4:00am squeaks through the whole upstairs. Can hear everything. Again I was excited to move in, it’s peaceful in a lot of ways and if the forest wasn’t right behind us I wouldn’t want to live here for the price . Parking is awful.

I like the area but in my opinion the professionalism is lacking. The apartment was supposed to be move in ready but has many things broken/needs fixing. The garage wasn’t clean and ready and didn’t even have a working clicker for it, the door is bent like someone had tried to pry into it at some point. Parking is horrendous if you don’t have a garage and you often have to park up at the front of the complex later at night. Our next door neighbor smokes outside the back and the smoke smell wafts into our apartment. It’s a nice floor plan but not living up to the high rental costs so far.

Apartment prices are great. Great area. Close to grocery stores and highways. Parking is easy to find. The units are pretty spacious. Overall I have no complaints.

The apartments are beautiful. The forest is beautiful and magical. The apartment is unique and nice. I havnt been renting here very long but I must say, so far, so amazing!

Arrive At Murray Hill is a place to call home. The staff puts out 5 star service at all times. They host events like pizza night with bingo , cooking classes and not to mention the lobster feast served by Maine Lobster. The homes resemble individual cottages equipped with top quality appliances and unique floor plans with fireplaces . The environment is beautifully landscape with gorgeous flowers . The amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, gym, rec room, and a outdoor kitchen. Best of all the pets luv it here. They have their own dog park, with hiking trails ,plus the office is well stocked with dog treats.

The complex is located in a family friendly neighborhood. Management is nice and will assist with any questions. Dog park is fantastic. Only con is too many speed bumps.

It's been such a fantastic experience living a Arrive Murry Hill! The staff are friendly and helpful. My home is absolutely beautiful, I love the high ceilings, updated flooring and new appliances. I highly recommend renting here!

It was pretty good, the place is nice and can’t complain. It’s very quiet here and the trees keep it pretty cool because of shade so it feels nice in the mornings.

New management. So far it’s been ok. I fell like they are trying to make some improvements. They are better with communication. I love the apartment overall cause it big has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.

Everything is great, only downside is parking. Especially for how much we pay. Otherwise everything is nice and staff in office is responsive.

Very quiet and peaceful place to live. Right next to the free way. Easy to get around and next to a bus stop. Buildings are well maintained. Right next to a nature trail as well!

Quiet complex - polite people. Wish there were more amenities for the amount we pay. But besides that, great. It’s close to the mall, gas, food, freeway. Very convenient location.

Great community, easy rent payments, never had an issue with the management. With the changeover of owners/management we haven’t had any issues so far.

Staff especially Hugo are courteous and helpful. Fixing the hot tub is a benefit but it took much too long. Grounds have been improved. Parking is an issue for those that do not opt for a garage. Yet, management opted for more units (and money) over providing more parking spaces. My unit was said to be completely renovated, but I know this is not true. Only certain aspects were made anew. Huge benefit to have a fine forest park right out your front door.
