Walnut Creek is a lush residential area about seven miles north of Downtown Columbus. This small community is dominated by the Champions Golf Course and there are several parks in the neighborhood as well. Property Ratings at Summerwynd Apartments
About to move in and all of a sudden they are pet free. It was never mentioned in months of back and forth. False advertising, absolutely devastated.
I lived at Summerwynd in 2014 and moved out in February 2016 for a job I took out of town. It was an affordable place to live and was always kept clean and was a pretty safe place to live. We had a few maintenance issues, but they were always taken care of by the maintenance guy. Sometimes he was a little slow getting to us. He was always polite though! I did have a few issues with my neighbors being loud and playing their music loud on the weekends at night. I talked to the girl that worked on the weekends a few times and she apparently resolved the problems. I am more than likely going to move back when I move back to Columbus next year. I worked in Easton when I lived there and I couldn't afford to live at the apartments in Easton so I moved to Summerwynd. I only had a 5-10 minute drive to work every day. The only complaint I really have is they need washer and dryers in the apartments, I had to give mine up when I moved in. I had use the laundry room when I lived there which was a hassle to me.
