Property Ratings at Summerwood Apartment Homes
I lived in Summerwood from 2016 to 2023 and things were great until I mentioned I would not be renewing my lease. Shortly after mentioning it I was late on my rent and intended on paying it at the end of the month, but I was kindly served as eviction notice. It was ridiculous I lived there through a covid layoff and kept my rent paid even though I was not employed but get an eviction notice for being 15 days late.
Moved here back in February from Ga and I’ve nothing but an amazing experience. The property manager has been very efficient in scheduling and any requests for maintenance get handled quickly and correctly! The quality of the townhouse I stay in is excellent and it’s so close to everything it makes my work life way less stressful. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a good place, this is it!
