Although the location is perfect for my needs due to work and everyday activities, the intersection leaving the community is concerning as theirs no safe way of leaving. The noise is a minimum which I enjoy and everything is new!

I visited so many townhomes, and I finally found the best one! These homes are absolutely beautiful—new construction, with a fenced-in backyard, which is perfect since I have a dog. I just open the door, and he can go right outside. The price is great, and the location is perfect—right in Buena Ventura Lakes. I loved everything about it!
