I’ve had an amazing move in experience with summer well. There was a hiccup with which home we were going to move into due to an issue with the water. This was out of our control we were at the mercy of the city. The team pivoted and helped us move into a different home with little issue. The move was easy and the team was helpful up with a very thing we had to change last minute to the new home.

We have had an awesome initial experience with our move to Summerwell Avian Pointe. It is a quiet community with great amenities. The office staff has been very helpful and made our leasing process and move into our home go smoothly. During the leasing process, we were informed that the home we initially secured would not be available due to issues with the water supply. The management team communicated the issues to us and had a solution - another home with the same floorplan they could make available for us with the same move in date. We are happy to have made Summerwell Avian Pointe our home.

Summerwell avian pointe provided a very quick stress free move in process. The smart home features are great, and the modern color schemes are great. All rooms are very spacious and includes lots of storage space.
