About Summerwalk Villa
We are located in East Hill of Kent. We are conveniently located to Kent Station, Kent Landing, Valley Medical Center, Orchard Plaza, Fred Meyers, Safeway, WinCo and major bus route 160. Our complex was build in 1968, and we have 175 units. The Property has units such as One bedroom apartments, Two bedroom apartments, and Limited Availability (Check with leasing office) of a Studio and few 3 bedroom apartments . Some of the units come with a fireplace and some come with washers and dryers. There are three (coin operated) laundry rooms for all our current tenants to use while living on property to use. The cost of washing or drying in the laundry rooms are $1.75 United States Quarters per Wash and then per Dry load. One parking spot is assigned with the unit. We do have additional parking to offer at a cost of $30.00 dollars/month (check availability for second/additional parking). We do business in accordance with the federal fair housing laws, and are located off I-405 and 167 Freeway. We would love to show you what Summerwalk Villa can offer you.

I have lived here for going on four years now and couldn't be happier. The apartment is what it should be, the grounds are well kept and the location is perfect for me. The thing that makes it though is the apartment manager, Christie. She is always positive and incredibly helpful. I have never had an issue with any concerns that may have come up, any repairs I've needed were handled decisively (with very helpful maintenance personnel) and she is great about answering any questions I may have. I plan to continue living at Summerwalk Villa for the foreseeable.

First off there is 6 visitor parking places in the whole complex, so if you have family or friends who visit you 90 percent of the time there will be no place for them to park and if they park in the space that's supposed to be yours that you pay for, that says in your lease that its included in the rent. Well apparently its not and the manager will have it towed and even though it says they give a 24hr notice but they don't. They just call and have it towed and if she catches a car parked in a spot thats and doesn't have the parking pass or permit or the tabs are expired(even though the owners truck tabs are expired)and she won't give you the permit that you are pay for unless you show them your registration or title showing its in your name so if u are buying a car from a friend or family member and its not in your name cause your still paying on it,the manager will have it towed, the maintence guy there has that pull also and since he is friends with the owner the manager will do whatever he says to do so he drives around and will tell her cars that need to be towed etc etc. The renovation they say from 2007 but its very cheaply done and not all the apartment have the stuff they say like Icelanders etc, etc, the laundry facilitys are half assed at best and takes half a paycheck to dry, the decks on some of the units were built in a weekend and without permits( the owner got permits after the fact only because the county caught it) hands down its a all around dump with half assed work and up keep arrogant and two faced management. Oh and if you got kids and they leave there bime out or ride where management doesn't like the will take there bike or tricycle for 24hrs and won't even give it back to the parent. Control issues. That's just a little bit of what I saw and experienced there. If your a socially inept hermet who has no friends family or kids and likes living in a for lack of a better word "Overpriced Dump" then its perfect, but if your anyone else and I do mean anyone else find another place cause they don't deserve your hard earned money and you dont need that added stress and frustration.

My fiance and little girl live there and im over there alot to see my little girl and hang out with her mom, the manager had her car towed out of her own spot that came with the apartment and refuses to give her the parking permit that was supposed to come with renting a apartment there. She also had her friends car towed for no permit when her friend was visiting, there is maybe 6 total visiter parking spots and if u try to speak with the manager about your complaints she just says i dont have time and tells u to leave.The manager does whatever she wants with no regard to the law, lease agreement or renters rights. The owners need new management there or its gonna end up with alot of lawsuits. Until they change managers i would say rent from any other place then this place. especially if u have family or friends or a life!

I was visiting my family on the 4th of July. There are 2 visitor parking spots in the whole apts. The managers were riding around in their cars telling people they need to park their cars across the street at someone else parking!! They were threatening numerous visitors who were there to see their families!! Come to find out the manager boyfriend is the tow truck driver!! The managers were unprofessional , rude, and de-grading. The property owners must know that their property is ran by class-less people. And if they didn't, I hope they do now. I would never recommend this property to anyone who has families. You will feel very uncomfortable in your own home. You cannot have any family gatherings. You cannot have a guest because there is no parking. I've seen bad management, but never like this. I hope the OWNERS See this and make changes for the better
