I have to say that this was by far the most stress free move we have ever encountered. It was a welcome surprise to walk into our spotless townhome with the added touches of snacks, kitchen, bathroom and laundry needs there waiting for us on display. I highly recommend this community to anyone who is unsure of where to live.

We have been so happy since moving in. The apartment is like brand new and so well designed with all of the luxuries we could want. The amenities are 5 star - the clubhouse, the gym and the incredible pool. But the best part of living here is the wonderful team who look after us. I love it here. The maintenance comes right out when there is any issue. They do little get together, like bingo night. Everyone so friendly. Pool is awesome. Best decision moving here for me and my family.

I’ve been genuinely impressed with everything here! First off, the amenities are top-notch. The on-site gym is super convenient so staying fit is a breeze without having to go anywhere else. The swimming pool area is always clean and welcoming – perfect for chilling out or hanging with neighbors. And the community center- It’s packed with activities and events for all kinds of interests, making it easy to connect with fellow residents. The landscaping is another big plus. The grounds are a peaceful and picturesque setting. Walking through the complex is always enjoyable, and the outdoor spaces are perfect for soaking up nature. I also have to give a shoutout to the management and maintenance team. They’re always quick, polite, and efficient in handling any issues. Their dedication really shows. All in all, I’m super satisfied with my time at this townhome complex and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to call home!

Love living at summerhill with the resident amenities and planned community activities. This spring there has been less lawn care around the community compared to last year though, leaving our back yard kind of jungle-y.

Great community! Safe area with great amenities. Some issues such as non-functioning exercise equipment and pest control which took some time for staff to address. Overall, everyone is very friendly, living space is accommodating and relatively affordable.

I love everything about living at Summerhill, except the HVAC system. It needs to be corrected. It is not fair to ask us to continue to pay high electric bills when it can be 60 degrees on the first floor and is still 75 degrees on the second floor.

Everyone is so kind and very helpful. I like that they are available to answer questions or handle concerns through multiple channels. We had a small maintenance issue on a Sunday evening, put in a request online to have someone come look at it, I thought it would take days to have it fixed but it was done that Monday before noon. I was surprised when I received the email that said the job was complete. It actually made my day.

Overall, this is a beautiful and well maintained community that I really want to love but there are issues. We are living in tough times with rent and grocery inflation, and it’s always helpful to have office staff who are courteous and understanding. I don’t feel like the staff here is. Krista takes a “don’t take your personal situation out on me” approach to property management and is quick to evict residents if they don’t make one full rent payment. They will charge you a late fee and still initiate landlord tenant complaints in court, charging you all of their lawyers fees. We’re not talking thousands of dollars and months behind, we’re talking a couple of hundred dollars unpaid from one month means they will try to evict you. So if you have a family with young children, keep this in mind before moving here. The unexpected happens to everyone and no one needs the stress of eviction for being a little behind in rent, when you have kids who need to remain in their school district.

Just moved in, this development has been my dream!! I was lucky and moved in the 23 of December, Christmas Eve we spent at the beautiful clubhouse! Christmas Dinner I got to grill on very clean grills steps away from my home!

We love the area, space around the property and the view! The stuff is welcoming and responsive. It would be nice to plant some more grass around our property . It would make the area look and feel cleaner during the spring and summer.
