Property Ratings at Summerfield Villas
Noneman is awful and they do not care. They will make cheap places and take All your money and once you are locked in it’s like management doesn’t even exist. Even if the property looks good, it’s not worth it
My wife and I applied here and it took weeks to get through the application process due to very slow response times. My wife and I make over 200k combined annually and my credit score is 696 and my wifes is closer to 625 which is understandably a little low but this was enough to deny us. Took us so long that we only had a couple weeks to find a new apartment after he slow communication. Went to another option and were approved and signed within 24 hours. With other reviews of poor property management, I'd avoid working with Noneman Group.
