We would absolutely recommend making Summerall apartments your home. The staff and maintenance are excellent and both always respond right away. The apartments are brand new and in excellent condition. The ammenenities are phenomenal and kept in pristine condition. The residents are friendly and respectful of one another. We moved from a house into Summerall and definitely feel right at home here, absolutely recommend moving here!

My daughter and I love living here at Summerall. The office & maintenance staff are excellent and attentive. The amenities and grounds are top notch. We have excellent monthly gatherings organized by the staff, always fun with good food. All in all I feel like it’s a privilege to live in this community.

Summerall is an amazing place to live! It feels like I am coming home to a vacation resort everyday. The property is absolutely beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The front office staff is extremely welcoming and very helpful! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
