Property Ratings at Summer Lake Villas, LLC
This place is has to be the worst apartment community I have ever shopped. The leasing agents are rude and have no clue what they are doing. The leasing manager has no people skills and should not ever been able to be in a position where talking to people is part of the job. I looked at the apartment that was supposed to be a remodel and it was a complete mess. There website is not working and trying to call the office is impossible since no one answers. My first visit at 5:00pm and the office was closed. When I came the following day I was told that they closed early.
I was transferred to Florida for a job last year and had the most trouble finding something suitable. The staff was amazing and made me feel right at home. She was able to work her magic and get me in the perfect apartment. It was so cozy it felt like I was right back at home. I couldn't have found a better place to lay my head at night!
Worst apartments of all time. Never stay here. You’ll regret every second. Terrible management and communication.
Can't give it a 0 so 1 star is what it.I been here for a year and since in January they came to change the sprinklers and made holes inside the apartment and to this day, we have made many calls and no one fixed it... my sink fell... yes my sink and they did a very crappy job and used wood to keep it up and never fixed it (mind you took over a week for them to show up). I have black mold in a closet (I keep spraying bleach) and I told them about it and nothing has been done... water was dripping from 2nd floor damaging my room ceiling and they came checked it out said "ok we will be back no one came back"... this has been going on and non stop for months... I have 2 special needs children in the apartment and they care less... never paid late my rent ever, always is paid on the 1st and still they don't help. It's ridiculous, never lived in a place this bad....
This place is dirty, the pools are always filthy looking, the lakes have trash in them all the time along with the ground, people here are rude, trashy, and have no common courtesy, and don’t let me get started on the office! They don’t do their jobs at all. My family has had problems with neighbors and other incidents that have happened and they do nothing to help solve them. They say they will but never do.

If you have kids I would not recommend this place. Not only is there no place for them to play but the property has half way houses is many buildings. Group homes for recovering and troubled people. I have no problem with these programs but I did not know they were in out building with my kids when I signed the lease. Grounds are nasty, pool is always green and there is dog crap everywhere!!
I live in the 3 Bedroom 4 Bath, it is HUGE! I moved from a 3,000 sq. ft. home and all my furniture fits! This staff is super friendly. The maintenance is fast & reliable.
Me my husband and my daughter just move in yesterday to a 3 bedroom and we already love it!!!!! The 3 bedroom is crazy big and the pool area is really nice defiantly recommend the 3 bedroom to anyone who needs more space.
After searching many apartments, Summer Lake was exactly what we were looking for. A nice, quiet community with a beautiful view right in front of us. Seeing the beautiful lake in the morning and in the evening is so nice.
Don't move here! Staff is very rude! The new guy in the office is a complete idiot and doesn't know anything about the property. The apartments are more like slum hotels. Stay away and save your money!
As a permanent place to live, this place is not the best. There was a string of petty thefts and people rummaging through cars without taking anything. Trash EVERYWHERE. You share a parking lot with a memory care home and the complex itself is partially an independent living facility. The bathrooms are tiny and they all have grab bars and hand showers so there's no water pressure and no room in the stall. They don't clean in between tenants so you will find old food, hair in the carpets, dust, etc. If you just plan on staying here for a few months, rent is decent, they don't nickle and dime you about utilities (everything is included except internet and you split electricity--I use a lot and never pay over $50) and they accept all pets.
I have been here for almost a year and honestly don't think I would move very roomy, and cozy. The rooms are a perfect size not to small or too big it's just right. I have a five bedroom and five bathroom for a very good price everything included except electric. The neighborhood is beautiful clean and love to walk my kid's around the lake, you can also go fishing. The apartments are close and convenient to stores and schools. When you have a problem with you're apartment management is right on top of it. The neighbors are friendly and quite. This is a perfect place to call home for not just someone who is a single but also someone who wants to start a family and if you have a family. I am so happy to have found this place and moved here.
