Property Ratings at Summer Courtyard Apartments
Not enough space for the cost of rent. Not to mention sirens all night, neighbors are slobs, trash always in parking lot, along w broken glass and people dumping, no one knows how to park. Random cars throughout the night w loud music and there’s been more the one occasion with police and people fighting. Nothings done about any of it. But hey if you have a pit they allow those and waters included. 3/10
I would’ve given them zero stars but it wouldn’t let me. Do not live here, not worth the money. Tiny apartments, no storage. No washer and dryer hookups and no dishwasher. Can never get ahold of the leasing office. Neighbors are nice for the most part but don’t know how to take control of their dogs. Lived there for a year and just recently moved out. Just got a letter charging me 480.00 for stuff I replaced and I left the apartment in cleaner conditions than when I got it.
Summer courtyard apartments are very inviting! Their one bedroom apartments are very spacious and homey. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The maintenance people always fix anything you need right away. I’ve loved living in this community! The yards are well kept and there’s even a pool! 10/10 would recommend !! R. Williams

Unfortunately to accommodate for lack of washer/dryer connections in the home, we offer two convenient onsite laundry facilities. This is something that may work for many people but may not be the best option for some. Thank you for your feedback.
