Each apartment at Sullivan Terrace has special safety devices, such as an intercom system, emergency pull cords and smoke detectors. Apartments designed for mobility impaired residents are available with handrails in the bathroom, and lower kitchen cabinets for easier access. COMMUNITY Sullivan Terrace boasts a spacious community room with a television and game system, as well as a fully stocked craft room. To add to your enjoyment, social activities such as chapel, bingo, singing, shopping, exercise and Zumba classes are often scheduled. SUPERIOR SERVICE We want to help! Our on-site management and maintenance personnel are ready to assist you in any way possible to ensure your comfort and security. Our Residents' Service Coordinator is available to link you to federal, state and local community services, such as doctors and home care and to address other concerns you may have. The Area Agency on Aging serves delicious hot lunches Monday thru Friday. AFFORDABLE RENT The HUD Section 8 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have. Why don't all emergency responders have accessibility to get into the building
I'm a tenant at Sullivan terrace just recently I had to open the doors for emergency responders to get in to get a patient in distress. This situation has to be corrected immediately. I talked to the driver of the ambulance he did not have the code to the back door he had no key to get in the front door he called his chief and ask him for the code and he did not have the code this is unacceptable I'm just glad I saw the flashing lights and walk downstairs and open the door for him. And they ended up taking the lady to the muncy hospital.
