Property Ratings at Sugartree Apartments
I've lived here for 2 years and the maintenance is amazing! If we need anything fixed they are on top of it. It's a quiet and safe community, large yard space for the kids and pets to run around, and the apartments are really nice. Since we've lived here they have been renovating the property - New roofing, lighting, painting all the buildings. The only thing that they could improve on would be the roadway, but I'm sure it's on the list.

Sugartree is alright. The prices are not really fair for the quality you get. The owner does absolutely nothing for building upkeep. If you're more than 3 days late on rent they send you an eviction notice.
Our apartment is cute and it's quiet mostly days but we love it here and we are now facing eviction
