Property Ratings at Sugar Creek Apartments
Apartment was decent.. However lived here for a year and within 3-4 months there were multiple leaks coming from the ceiling and in the middle closet! Made multiple maintence requests for it to be fixed and it took MONTHS for the bathroom ceiling leak to be fixed which was very annoying. Imaging using the bathroom just for dirty liquid above you to constantly drip all over your head and back. And the closet leak was never fixed/repaired. This long with the fact the price is going up every single year to re-lease is why I will not be living here anymore.
Great place to live. The staff are cool and the area is nice!
Sugar creek is a place where warm friendly atmosphere in quiet cozy place to live
I am a 3yr. Resident here, and I can say that, the staffing here is great, maintenance is excellent. It's mainly quiet for the most part, no kids just hanging out. Neighbors are friendly. It's clean and the apartments are great. The amenities are always available.
Thee complex is very nice, the complex manager always says hello and smiles when i pass him. Ive never had any problems with neighbors being loud or even hearing them at all. Price is very very fair for a one bedroom one bathroom considering the storage, balcony and the fireplace.
Currently renting and would have to say it was the best decision me and my Family could ever make. Overall a good place to call home.
I have been a resident here for about three years. I have nothing bad to say about living here. The staff are very friendly and professional. The maintenance is quick and response. The grounds are well keep. The complex is very quiet. I never had an issues with crime. The location is in a great location. Close to shopping and eating. I would highly recommend Sugar Creek Apartments.
I loved living here. Kids was loud at times but nothing too rowdy went on here at night. Maintenance was always available, usually the next day. The landlords were amazing and would always try to work with us with rent; especially when COVID caused a week out of work. Truthfully, I don't have anything bad to say. A very nice environment, especially for first time renters.
Lived here for almost five years. Only moved because we found a house. Management and staff are friendly and take care of business. Work orders are handled promptly. Lots of families with kids. My daughter always had friends around. The property is obviously not brand new, but is well kept. Never had any issues with bugs in the apartment. Lots of friendly neighbors as well.
There isn't any tennis court as listed, the playground needs renovation, the laundry room is dirty and also need to be renovated. Also SugarCreek caters to handicaps but they need ramps for those in wheelchairs.
This place is horrible! Pest control? Yeah, they come at 8 am and let themselves in if you don't answer the door at the first knock, then they only spray part of the apartment. We have seen roaches all over outside! We took our own precautions to keep them out of our apartment! We have three vehicles, and ALL THREE have been vandalized! People are all the time yelling profanity and banging on stuff! Management does absolutely nothing when notified! There is a courtesy officer, but when asked to speak to him, we aren't allowed to bother him. Take care of your family, DO NOT move here!!
its an ok place, needs to be a bit more family oriented and have more things to do also should replace recreational area with bettee equipment and a cleaner pool. The neighbors are quiet and for 2 bd 2ba i think the price is fair compared to other apartments in Winston-Salem.
We've been here going on two years and the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are somewhat friendly. The rent is very fair and whenever we have an issue the maintenance man comes right away.
When I first moved here I was new in town the staff made me feel welcome. was very helpful and went the extra mile to make me comfortable nothing hardly ever breaks down in this apartment but if something needs fixing maintenance has it done within 24 hours I've been here almost one year now. Pest Control is done on time no bugs here.Common areas are kept spotless The standards at Sugar Creek set high, and they live up to those standards. If safety is an issue this would be the place to live.I would recommend them over all the apartments I've seen in the areago Sugarcreek you guys are simply the best
