Sugar Creek Apartments is a very quiet community, with a great staff, apartments are beautiful, lots of shopping and eating close by, minutes from the highway, worship campus close by. Come check it out you won't be disappointed
Sugar Creek Apartments are exactly what I was looking for! They had all the amenities I wanted, & were by far the most spacious & beautiful. The neighbors and staff are super friendly, making me feel right at home. Maintenance is also top notch. They get here fast, are personable & professional, & fix the issue quickly. I looked at all the other competing apartments in the area, & feel I easily made the best choice.
Clean facility for the most part. Maintenance is quick to respond which is nice. Beautiful apartments and appliances. Nice walking trail behind apartments to walk your dog and the pool is maintained well. Would recommend to others and have.

This place is unfortunately terrible. Employees are walking around and taking pictures of residents. I even had one picture taken of me. Even have falsely accused me of smoking cigarettes. Gross. There's so much trash at the trash can it's embarrassing. They're dog pee spots everywhere. Building i currently stay in wreaks of garbage. Don't move here. Buyer beware.
Great place to live, they respond very fast with any problems I have had, they get food trucks for us, its a very nice place to live. I would not change a thing. They are still in the middle of building things around the complex. Its going to be great. I cant wait to see it all done.
We moved in to these brand new apartments and thought we hit the jackpot. Boy were we wrong. The new ownership is horrible. They don't answer phone calls or emails, and when they do they are rude and clearly only care about the money they are making. They have yet to mow the lawn, so there is overgrown grass all over the complex. They told us it will not that mowed until the spring. Dog poop is not getting picked up, yet management does not seem to care. And then there's the mold. There were issues with mold before the buildings were even finished being built, and we are paying the price. We live on a 2nd floor apartment, and there is currently mold literally coming up through the floors. The grout on the bathtub is literally covered in mold. They told us they were going to have the issue addressed. It has been 2 weeks, and when we called to find out what was going on, they told us there was no work order to have it fixed. So they told us what we wanted to hear, that they would take care of the problem, and then proceeded to not do anything about it. So, if you don't mind breathing in mold, rent here. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious.
