good, apart from the ice maker on the fridge not working, and the leasing office not helping us to fix this. Some of the amenities also need to be taken care of better. The printer never has paper/ink, and some of the gym machines need oiling and I often find them unscrewed.

Amenities are nice, management communicates, common areas are clean, and maintenance is good. Major issues, once in a while, are a negative.

It’s been a great experience but I think that maintenance requests can be processed faster. Overall the amenities are great but I think that the pool and jacuzzi should be open more time of the year. This year we didn’t even had the chance of using the jacuzzi because it was drained since the start of the semester.

Overall, it’s been good but the staff is not very helpful and units are dirty and have a lot of maintenance issues. The common areas need to be cleaner and lastly the staff needs to listen to residents

I don’t mind it here. It costs too much money, and the staff isn’t always quick in fixing the problems I have, but it’s an objectively nice place to live.

The apartment itself is pretty nice. The amenities and areas within Rise are mostly kept clean and functional. The front desk staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.

Good experience i like living here, the amenities are very nice to enjoy and are very luxurious. The pool is also great during summer. In summary I have a good living experience

Do not recommend this property. Featured amenities are frequently unavailable for resident use (i.e. games, coffee, common area resources, such as printer paper). Slow to respond to maintenance requests. Repeated fire alarms during the night. Spotty clear/clean water or hot water.

Maintenance and management are incompetent. They do not care about the residents and only wish to make cosmetic upgrades to the building, but no quality of life fixes. I have requested multiple simple maintenance requests, but have yet to have any of them fixed, instead was told to stop using it as frequently. It is ridiculous. Do not waste your time and money here.
