I've had a great experience living at Stratford Pointe Apartments in Waukee! The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the apartments are modern, clean, and spacious. The management team is friendly and responsive, always willing to help with any concerns and the internet has top notch speeds. I also love the convenient location thats close to shopping, dining, and walking trails. It's been a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home.

I've had the pleasure of living at Stratford Pointe for awhile, and I can confidently say it's one of the best apartment communities in the area. The apartments are beautifully designed with modern finishes. The kitchens are spacious with granite countertops, and the walk-in closets provide ample storage space. The 9-foot ceilings and private balconies add a touch of luxury to everyday living. As a pet owner, I appreciate the on-site dog park, which is a great place for my dog to play and socialize. A fantastic place to live. The manager always goes the extra mile to ensure we are taken care of and treats us well, the quality of the apartment is excellent, and the entire property is lovely. I toured several apartments in the Waukee area, but none came close to the level of amenities and care for their tenants like Stratford Pointe has.

This place is incredible. After spending months looking at apartments around the area online, I kept coming back to this one. None of the other places came close after tours. The kitchen is amazing. 1 gig internet. The fit and finish of the interior is perfect. Spacious elevators. And Monica has been beyond incredible. After the first tour, she was able to fit us in for a second impromptu one later that evening because there were just a few more things I wanted to check and questions to ask. Her communication has been fantastic since the first day I reached out. I cannot recommend this place enough

When my roommate and I were looking for a place to live we wanted it to feel like home. That is the feeling we got when touring this complex. We felt at home then and 2 months later still feel at home! We love the amenities and those who have helped us create a life here.

Wonderful place to call home, from the first moments meeting the manager to living in the unit it has been a great experience. The amenities are great, unit is well built and is in a great location. The property management treats you like a human and actually cares about your wellbeing versus other companies who just treat you like a number.

Everything is new with modern features. The kitchen is really big and I love all the little touches. It's quiet day and night and all the neighbors have been really great. Staff is responsive, friendly and above and beyond attitudes.

I really like living here. It’s super quiet and always clean, which I appreciate a lot. The people around are friendly, and our lease manager is honestly the best—she’s always so helpful. Plus, having the fitness center right here makes things way more convenient.

This is, by far, the nicest apartment I have been in over 20 years of renting. I have lived in Texas to Iowa and this apartment is warm and inviting. The staff is kind and welcoming. I already have an upgrade on a new washer and dryer!! With central air and new appliances, it makes the kitchen an absolute joy to cook in. This complex is close to the bike trail and all the in-town conveniences you'll need in shopping and grocery stores. I made the right decision to move to Stratford Pointe.

I’ve been living at Stratford Pointe for almost 5 months, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property is beautiful, well-kept, and the move in process was so simple. From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth and welcoming. Monica, the property manager, is always friendly, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and taken care of. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication is always clear and helpful. The apartments themselves are spacious, quiet, and well-designed with modern touches that make everyday living really enjoyable. I especially appreciate how clean and secure everything feels—from the hallways to the outdoor spaces.

Clean neat spacious apartments. Elevators, wide hallways and stairwells make moving in easier. Monica was great to work with, very patient and professional and answered all my questions. Very well managed

The apartment was really nice, exactly as pictured. The units next to me were pretty quiet, as not much noise traveled through the walls. I had a ground unit. Move in was smooth, move out was smooth. Monica, who works on the property, is absolutely incredible and has a big heart. She'll never do you wrong. My only complaint is that there are pretty big dogs in the complex and I had some negative experiences with some of them while walking through the halls. Other than that, no complaints!

The finishes are so amazing, the kitchen is huge, love the pool and gym. Lovely new property in waukee, can’t recommend enough!

Everything is brand new, kitchens are to die for space wise and we love that in a 2 bedroom, both have walk in closets and bathrooms. Such a perfect set up. Manager is wonderful and accommodating also. We can't wait to move in!

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!!! The place is brand new, modern, and just gorgeous! It’s a lot bigger than in the pics and the management team are super friendly and helpful.
