I've lived at Statford Green twice now and both time have been good experiences. Maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues and the office ladies are very helpful as well.

I just moved in mid June and couldn’t be happier! The community is so nice and quiet. I have two dogs and walking them around the grounds has been a treat! All of my new neighbors I’ve met are super nice as well. Very much enjoying myself so far!

Absolutely love living in this community. Great amenities, friendly and efficient staff. Apartments are spacious and updated. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

’ve been living at Stratford Green for almost 2 years now. Everything about it has been amazing. From Kathy and the management staff, to maintenance, everyone has been super helpful and accommodating to anything we need. Highly recommend living here you won’t regret it!!

I’ve lived here for over a year now and really have enjoyed my time. The location is great, everything is nearby. The staff here are top notch, always on it with the snow removal, community events, maintenance requests, etc. Genuinely just a nice place to relax and know that you are taken care of. 10/10 would recommend.

Lived here before the pandemic. Moved to another state im 2019 and moved back here recently. It's one of the few places I've lived where considered returning. The management and maintenance staff have managed to maintain high standards which is uncommon for most rental properly. The location is great. I've lived in 2 different units and had no issues that weren't address immediately. Most units are being renovated, I'm still in an older one. Only real concern I have is price...it's pricey but most Apts in the area are. The location and consistency of the staff makes up for me to me

I've lived in Stratford Green Apartments for almost a year. The staff and the maintenance guys are amazing. Anything you need fixed is done in a matter of hours. I'm pleased with how well they keep up with the residential area, keeping it very nice and clean. I've lived in the city for most of my life and Stratford Green Apartments is very quiet area. It's also very convenient and close to everything for your shopping needs. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

Lots of great people located here. The office staff are helpful and kind. Macitence does a great job and takes the time to explain what’s wrong and what they will do to resolve. Have enjoyed our time here.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 10 months and have absolutely loved it here thus far. The community is quiet, quaint and lovely. There’s always a feel of up keep on the grounds and the property managers are wonderful. They go above and beyond for their residents. Anytime we needed any maintenance, they have come quickly and gotten everything done same day or next day. Super dog friendly area and my favorite amenity is the pool. Units are updated. Walls are thick so hearing neighbors isn’t a thing. It has been wonderful living here so far and will hopefully stay until we can buy a house. 100% recommend.

The apartments are well equipped and managed. With many having been recently refurbished with new flooring, counter tops and updated appliances it's a nice place to live. There's also nice landscaping in this pet friendly community. It's close to everything including schools, stores and restaurants.

I love everything about the place, great staff. Facilities are very clean and if you need any repairs they are there same day. Very safe place to live. Can't say enough how nice it is. Highly recommend!

Stratford Green is a superb apartment community. Service team is exceptional. Leasing office management team is very accommodating. They provide many "fun" days throughout the year. Neighbors are respectful.

The upkeep with this place is fantastic. They are on time with repairs fixes even replacing of things. Been living here for almost a year. Love the activity week as well!! Would Definetly recommend !!!

My family and I have been here for over 3 years now and we absolutely love it. Everyone is so friendly and the amenities are top notch. Very clean and if there is ever an issue, the issue is resolved right away. I am very impressed!!

My wife and I have lived here three years now. We moved back to the USA from overseas and needed a modern, convenient, well taken care of home to land in. We found it. The staff here are amazing. Whenever something breaks we simply use the app and service requests are processed quickly. If we need something else we can always call the office and the staff answers and helps right away. I am thankful everyday we found this place.

To be brief: I wouldn't recommend this property. For more details, read on. The floorplans are large and come with a private garage, which is nice. Full size washer and dryer in unit is great. The pool and fire pit are a nice perk in the Summer (the heater for the pool is broken). So that's where it ends. I've had an tons of maintenance requests. The apartment wasn't nearly ready for move in when I arrived. Dead bugs in the foyer, several burned out light bulbs, giant hole in the window screen, horrible sewage smell from the toilet and garbage disposal, main light switch in the bedroom didn't work, batteries chirping in the smoke detector, drain flies, spiders and silverfish are a constant issue. 2 towels on high heat in the dryer were still damp after a full cycle. Water heater had to be turned up as the water wasn't hot (and it later went out completely). The "upgrades" are paint on the old cabinets and new doors; the colors don't match. Countertop is cheap and wood underneath is visible. None of the appliances are new, oven is at least 15 years old. New carpet installed, but when the heat hit 85 with humidity, there's a pet urine smell (I have no pets). Dogs bark all hours, day and night. Kids run around screaming well after 9pm. Walls are paper thin. I heard conversations, TVs, footsteps, everything, like I had a roommate. It's above and beyond any normal apartment noise. We have a car wash, but there's 3 vehicles parked in front of it, they never move (they're supposed to every 48 hours). If you have a driveway, it's shared with your neighbors. If they park cars in it, they will sometimes be extremely close to yours or actually on it. There are visitor spots directly next to the private driveways as well. You can't open your car door in your own driveway. People park exactly on the line in visitor spots and leave no space for your car. The office made mistakes on a few occasions and sent maintence, who walked right into my unit unannounced, then apologized as they had the wrong place. How does that happen more than once? If you point out any issues, you are treated like a Karen forever. The kindness they showed at the walk through is 100% fake. I've been renting for a long time and lived in many states. This is by far the worst bait and switch I've ever encountered. I have to wait for the lease to be up, otherwise I'd be paying 2x the rent plus the current rent to break it. I don't want to give them another dime.

My fiance and I have been here for 2 months and absolutely love it. Our home is cozy, and the community is quiet yet lively with kids playing during the day. The pool space is also a great way to spend summer afternoons. Their maintenance staff and management team are wonderful. We're so glad we moved here!

Our family has enjoyed living in this community. The homes are comfortable. The manager, assistant manager, and maintenance staff are knowledgeable and friendly!

The maintenance people are great and front desk as well.

I have a spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. My garage is attached to my apartment which makes it handy to unload groceries when the weather is not great. My patio faces beautiful protected wetlands. There is a great walkway all around the wetlands which makes it great for safe walks year round. The ladies in the complex office and the maintenance guys are always very helpful. Love it here!

Been about a month living here and it’s a perfect place for my wfh lifestyle. Close groceries and restaurants.

Kathi has been nothing but perfect! We are so excited to move in mid March. All questions were answered and we felt extremely comfortable from day one of our apartment search. Looking forward to being residents!

We only lived here for about 6 months before buying a house, but we enjoyed the time we spent here! Management was friendly and easy to work with, and the maintenance crew was extremely responsive. The location is *ridiculously* convenient, with almost anything you could want within a 5 minute drive. The apartment itself was nice, with a great layout, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The shower and kitchen were a little small, but we knew that going in so it wasn't a big surprise. Overall, highly recommended!

We have lived in this community for 2 years and really have enjoyed being here. The location is great and is close to nature trails as well as shops. It's a great place, if you have dogs with plenty of places to walk. The maintenance staff is really responsive and friendly and they will correct anything you bring to their attention. All the staff I have c9me across have been really welcoming and kind. The apartment is beautiful inside and out with plenty of space. Neighbors are friendly as well. We have really enjoyed our experience living here.

Look no further than Stratford Green, this places has it all! We have been here all in all 8 years. We moved out of this community due to schooling & work for a couple of years but when we got the opportunity to move back we didn’t even look no further since we were happy the 1st time we lived here! It is a great community, with easy access to dining, shopping, entertainment, schools & easy access to major highways! But what makes this place even better is the management team Kathy & Kari as well as the Maintenance staff, they are so welcoming & caring & truly make you feel like this place is your “Home Sweet Home”! They always are attentive to any inquiries & concerns & will do whatever they can to help accommodate you, & maintenance will be at your door as soon as you call or put in a order request! They truly make it a calm, fun, & stress free community! I can’t thank them enough for making the past 8 years truly welcoming! Thank you for all that you all do! If I can give this place 10 stars ?? I would!

I have lived here for 8 years. Management is great. They are very friendly and so helpful. Maintenance takes care of any requests quickly and are very friendly. They plan fun events. Just this week they did a breakfast on the go and grilled hot dogs today for the tenants. I love living here.

We have 2 months already on this apartments and the kitchen (stove and oven) are a nightmare, you turn on and immediately would go very hot, extremely hot.

My husband & I moved in a month ago & we are really happy here. Nicest apartments we’ve ever seen. Greatly maintained & everyone is so welcoming. The ladies in the office are wonderful & always so helpful. Highly recommend Stratford Green. Close to everything!!!

Another plus is the surrounding area - stores, restaurants, easy access to interstate. Love that there is a lot of privacy, it does not feel like an apartment more like a townhome and attached garage is a big plus. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend

I've lived at Stratford Green for 3 years and only leaving because of a home purchase. The office staff and maintenance crew are OUTSTANDING. They are responsive, attentive and serve your needs with a smile. The residents are very friendly and it is bittersweet to have to leave. Another plus is the surrounding area - stores, restaurants, easy access to interstate. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

The apartment we are renting is as close as you can get to perfect, we have no complaints. The staff is warm and willing to help when needed. We have also had a great experience with the maintenance crew when we needed some help, as they have been quick and have done excellent work. David V.

We have truly enjoyed our stay these past few years at Stratford Green. Family and pet friendly, leasing staff is amazing, maintenance is always prompt for any issues, if any. The apartment is very spacious and big driveway for our unit. We will definitely miss living here and I highly recommend newcomers to stay at Stratford Green!

absolutely delightful place to live for my first three years in Illinois. Located right across the street from the mall, walmart and target, and plenty of restaurants, this is the ideal location for getting settled into a new area. Of all of the apartment communities I have lived, this is the quietest, and best maintained. Staff are all phenomenal, wish they could come to my new house with me :)

I moved here from Florida a few months ago and me and my roommates were living in really bad apartments. The front office was always rude, bad upkeep, tow trucks taking your car without calling... Just a mess. But coming here was sooo easy and really saved us and has had excellent service and communication. Also my cat loves it here too! So that’s a bonus. ???? Thanks to everyone working here! Maintenance too!

Location is great. So close to stores and eating establishments! Staff are great to work with. Nice having a garage & driveway! Even a front porch to decorate! Feels like a home more then an apartment!

Reasonably priced townhome style apartments with a nice community. Very close by to shopping, grocery, and plenty of restaurants. Would highly recommend!

As in the name of the complex, it is a 'Green' location with a small preserve in the central area. This has drawn local ducks, doves and rabbits and since it is kept in a natural state, it adds greatly to the quietness of the area. This is pretty unusual in that we are close to major grocery stores, other popular stores and yet have a great area for walking and taking in the park-like setting. The staff does a great job with any maintenance requests and are always friendly and ready to help. A good place to live!

This is a small complex with an easy walk to shopping at the stores and restaurants on Army Trail. And it is a place with very nice walking paths in and around the complex. You can unwind after work and take the kids and pets for a very nice job. The units are attractive and the staff is quick to respond to any issues about maintenance. In short a fine place to live!

These apartment homes do not feel like your typical apartment. There’s a lot of privacy and having a garage and driveway is so convenient! The amenities are great and the staff really keeps everything up to date and clean. We love to use the pool in the summertime and appreciate how much attention they take to keep it pristine.

Close to shopping center with Walmart and target. Neighbors and staff are very nice and easy to access the expressway. Also close to Dupage medical group office!

I moved into my apartment in February, 2020 and just renewed my lease. Although I chose not to rent an apartment with a garage, I love that I have a reserved space right outside my door. The complex is well maintained and the office and maintenance staff are amazing. Neighbors are friendly and respectful and the neighborhood has an array of shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend Stratford Green.

Love the garage the apartment is just about perfect for us. The neighbors are very friendly. If we need something done, the guys are here the same day. I just hope this is our forever home.
