We lived here for 1 year now and been promised building maintenance will improve with more frequent cleaning etc. The windows have not been cleaned since we moved in and instead of fixing the theater room and increase security, they leave the room unusable and cut security. There are constant water issues, and no one cares to look at the cameras to catch the lazy pet owners who refuse to pick up after their dog at the dog run

We been going on a month of constant hot water outages, garage repairs and other building repairs. Went weeks without being contacted for open maintenance requests, the office seems to never enforce having dogs on a leash, constantly running into people who think the building belongs to them and their dogs. Take your money and go elsewhere. It’s not worth it.
It takes 3-4 weeks for service to come after waiting for a service request. The app is always broken and can’t schedule time for the gym. The leasing office has very high turn over with the managers and front desk for a reason clearly. They up charge you for every little thing.
