The property is really nice with lots of green space and parking. Apartment has updated appliances and is very clean. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests, but does not always actually fix the problem.

Good comunity and neighborhood. Train station is walkable and stores are very near. Good pathway to walk on the side of the road. Nice greeneary

Apartment and community are wonderful but there was some work in the bathroom not completed before my move-in date. The glaze on my bathroom tiles still needed 48 hours to sit so the bathroom was not usable. There was white powder from the tile being glazed and when I went to clean it by wiping down, it hardened into a bumpy texture I couldn’t remove. Great community and location aside from that.

A wonderful location to be. The train, Whole Foods, and Radnor Trail are all close by. Service has been trustworthy. The maintenance team has been awesome to deal with any time we have an issue. Free parking, great pool, huge apartments with laundry and new utilities, quiet and peaceful setting, convenient access to public transport.

Lovely complex tucked in a convenient corner just off Lancaster Ave. only complaint is that we currently have a mouse, but they were quick to set up an appointment with an exterminator and I am hopeful it will be gone within the week.

I live in 416, an over 55 community. I know all my 9 neighbors. It is a wonderful community with friendly neighbors. We have a gathering in the community room about once a quarter. All are friendly and we frequently have a meal together. It is great to have friends near by. On a rainy day you don't need to travel outside to see a friend.

I really enjoy this place. My opinion is just based off of our building but the tenants are respectful and not loud. Maintenance responds right away if needed. The only small complaint I would have is when residents leave there laundry in for hours at a time. But this happens rarely, nothing to be concerned about

Bathrooms are small. Need 2 or 1.5 bath bed room flats. Rents are high without upgraded kitchen. Have to struggle for car parking. Not much fun to kids. Old buildings.floor shakes and too much sound even on just walk

We have been pretty happy with everything about this move and experience living here. The maintenance men have been a bit underwhelming, but we are appreciate of the communication from the office and the ease of using amenities.
This is my first time moving in PA area, I like this new apartment, very close to the train station, grocery shoping, and a lot of other stuff. the kitchen is very modern.
Apartment units are extremely smaller , well kept, friendly community close to every day needs . Leasing office will collect mandatory internet fees of $80 every month even if you don’t use it. If you consider price , please do not move in as it is very expensive . Amenity fees will rip you every month for around $200. Fitness center does not have sanitizer and common amenities are not maintained well.
Peaceful environment, quick staff support in case of emergencies, nearest railway station for down town commute! Apartment veranda is filled with lush green which soothes me!
Wonderful Community with excellent maintained. There is a septa station near by, lot of things to do and retail stores just across the street!
Strafford station apartment homes is a quiet, peaceful and a great overall living experience. You can hear the train go by, which we were nervous about at first, but now it is relaxing to listen as it goes by!
Recent move in and so far so good with the exception of a few small maintenance issues. The staff here has been great and helpful with any questions we’ve had.
Great locality and connectivity, the strafford train station is just a min walk away, target, acme & whole food stores are also in walkable distance. Other hand apartment is quite but old buildings, mouse/mice issues are still there.
I am a resident of building 416. There are 10 apartments here. My neighbors are friendly and the building is well maintained. The trees and grass are beautiful.
Beautiful property, the front office and maintenance are very responsive, and the location is ideal! We love everything about Strafford Station.
