Stove Lofts

There is no insulation in the walls or floors. You will hear every conversation below you, and beside you. You will also hear every TV show and animal. You can even hear your neighbors sneeze or stir their coffee. It is well beyond normal apartment noise. Maintenance requests can take weeks to be taken care of, even when it's your heat or A/C.

I've been a resident at Stove Lofts since February last year and I absolutely love it here. I could see myself living here for at least another year or two. So far I've been in a studio and a one bedroom apartment, and both are suuuuper cute with the exposed brick and super tall windows which allow TONS of natural light. The ceilings are maybe 10 or 15 feet tall, which makes the apartment feel even bigger! The studio apartments are super spacious too. Like I could fit a queen sized bed + a frame; a sectional couch, a desk; a coffee table; a dining table with chairs; five big bookshelves; a TV + a TV stand; a small wardrobe; and an entire makeup vanity in a studio apartment and I'd probably still be able do an entire dance routine across the entire apartment without coming close to hitting anything. Same goes for the one bedroom units. I'm pretty sure Stove Lofts will even rent an entire bedroom and living room / dining set to you for a tiny additional charge. The rent seems a little high at first however ALL utilities are included in your rent. Plus, the Stove Lofts are literally within walking distance of down town and the community center. You can literally walk to The Dive and Fatheads and be there within two or three minutes. Five minutes tops if you wanna cross fifth street to Fluffy's and 424 Lounge. The lovely ladies in the front office are super duper sweet and understanding as long as you're honest with them and actively communicate with them! They absolutely understand that life happens sometimes. The other residents I've met so far have been extremely friendly except for maybe one or two other people. Really good mix of younger and elderly persons, as well as those with small children. There's even been times where I've emailed management with some concerns well after midnight and they'll still literally respond within that very hour. They're extremely honest and transparent about things. My only complaint so far is that the smoke detector in one of the basement units will sometimes malfunction and will randomly go off, meaning we'll have to evacuate the building despite there not being an actual emergency. It gets a little exhausting sometimes but it's been a minute since it last happened now.

I have been her for eight months. I have found the people that work and live here very friendly

Its a great property for the area for families or single people.

I enjoy my stay for about 6 months do to a house fire.

Just like anywhere you have your pro and cons. I'm on an assignment here for 12 months and the last 6 months have been a joy compared to other places I've been.

I've had the pleasure of living at the Stove Lofts for over 4 months now. I've put in 4-5 maintenance request which were resolved within 24 hrs. All the staff are amazing and do a great job with such a large property. The dog poop would be my only complaint. Some residents just don't do their part when cleaning up after their pet which can be very frustrating. I loved it here and will recommend to my fellow officers.

This place is the worst. There aren’t many places in leavenworth to live but this should be the last place to look at. The walls and ceilings are so thin that you can hear everything from your neighbors apartment: tv, phone calls, phone alarms. They take over 6 weeks to come fix what is broken in your apartment and then leave your door unlocked. Very expensive for low quality housing. Also, dog poop everywhere outside. Good luck not stepping in it.

These apartments have zero sound proofing. The grounds aren’t taken care of. The office staff is unpleasant. The apartments are okay but too expensive for all of the other issues.

No privacy, no security, non-smoking rule not enforced, break ins covered up, dog poop everywhere, homeless invade building and sleep everywhere, vehicles not safe & nothing is done.

Was the first family to live in our apartment and it felt great. We stayed on the bottom floor which was somewhat pricier then some of the others but worth it! Property manager was so sweet and she took excellent care of everything! Only downfall was parking and the train (hence the four stars). Honestly would move there again in a heartbeat!
