Property Ratings at Storyboard on Park Entrance
Absolutely awful management company. My mother lives here and they refused to fix her closet that fell. It took over a month until she finally hired someone else to do it since they refused. They also would blatantly ignore her phone calls when they saw her calling until she finally called from a different phone number and they answered. In the few times they did actually answer, they would tell her “oh it will get fixed this week” or “we’ll call you back” to which they never did. Can’t forget to mention the mold issue because they genuinely lack the ability to properly fix anything when the air conditioner was leaking. Her neighbor also had consistent issues with leaking and black mold! Also can forget to mention the hallways are constantly gross and covered in dog hair. Or, another super amazing thing, that the pool is actually disgustingly green and littered with trash. Run, run, run.
There is a hug brown recluse infestation here. I was swayed by all the great reviews and no one mentioned this, so I am surprised that this has been my experience. Day 1 I saw a recluse in the laundry room. After seeing a few more back to back I put in a maintenance request only to be told that I am responsible for inside pest control. Ok, 220 dollars later I get a professional out and I'm told these are the hardest to get rid of and boy were they not kidding. I have traps all over the place which is the most effective way to deal with these. Come to find out that they will just fall out from the air vents to spite your traps! Despite all my efforts I still see at least one a day and again if you know these things that's not good. You shouldn't see them and seeing this many means there is a nest somewhere in the building. I have only been here a little over a month. I just want to warn others about this since I wasn't.
Great renovations at this property with the new management. They really changed the whole property over the course of a year and it looks great.

I have friends who live here and have lived in other properties owned by management. When I toured these I fell in love but ultimately had to move out of state. They are very well located.
