Great place to live
Stoney Creek Apartments is a great place to live. It has a homey and safe vibe. A lot of units have been remodeled and are very nice. The property manager is friendly and helpful as well as the three maintenance men. Even when dealing with not so fun tasks they all remain very professional. They always have a smile on their faces and are always willing to lend a hand. The staff at Stoney Creek show what it is to be a team every day.

Reasonable rent, more than you would expect for the money
Apartment Mgr and Maintenance staff are friendly and respond to problems quickly. Reasonable rent compared to other apartment complexes in the area. Quiet neighborhood.

Nice since updates
I like that these are affordable and the management is productive with working on improving the buildings and parking area. Only downside is I wish there were elevators for s these stairs and parking closer to your door. But unfortunately the layout and older buildings do not accommodate for this. Other than that it's an okay place to live.

I liked it here
Recently moved out because of issues caused by Covid. The property management here is very helpful and the on-site maintenance is great to have. Felt very private. I enjoyed living here.

Nicely renovated! Spacious
Moving in this weekend! The manager was super kind and helpful. My unit was nice and clean and ready for move in!

A wonderful place to rent from
Alot has changed in the 3 years I've rented here. And all of the changes have been for the better. Maintenance is quick to get to any of your issues. The apartments have been remodeled and work is always being done to improve the properties.

Stoney Creek apartments
Don't ever move in here this place is crap, horrible maintenance, there is mold in most the bathrooms, electrical work need bed, front door frames are broken, windows don't close all the way not do they lock and you can't even get a maintenance person to come look at anything. Plus cops are always here for break in and domestic violence,drugs,drug overdoses. All in all horrible place to live and I still can't get out of here
