As a new resident, I've found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer in unit are so convenient for everyday life. The unit is roomier than I expected and I am looking forward to lighting our first fire in the fireplace. Zero complaints so far on our choice of apartment home ??

It’s a nice apartment. It’s spacious for a one bedroom. I wish the bathroom would have been updated. I did have an issue with bugs. The gym is nice.

Love living here . Great neighborhood! I live alone and feel very safe walking my dog anywhere at anytime!! The office takes care of any and all issues in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend living here. Either single person or a family.

Very stained carpets in walk ways, out of date appliances. No update fixtures, no newly painted doors. Communication is horrible at times. No one answers the phone in a timely manner.

Paint peeling off the walls and ceiling, toilet leaks on floor, smelly trash overflowing in the parking lot, mattresses laying around everywhere, cars racing thru parking lot. Not a pleasant place to live.

Doesn’t smell great in the buildings and there are lots of bugs and maintenance issues. But the maintenance team is nice and it’s in a quiet area close to everything.

Great place, clean, friendly neighborhood. Also very quiet here. Close to everything as far as stores and restaurants. Convenient to downtown area. Rent is reasonable as well to.

It’s okay not super quite, the walls are thin and lessening office staff is kinda clueless but if your like me who just work and goes home it’s an okay place to live but I don’t think it’s worth the prince

Roaches are prevalent. Maintenance takes weeks sometimes months to address issues. The bare minimum is done for pest control and when repairs need to be made.

It has been my home for almost 10 years.. Everything has it's ups and downs. There has been management changes, however, there has also been a lot of changes. I, along with other tenants are annoyed, paying for amenities that are unusable most of the time..

Sometimes it’s hard to get ahold of management and maintenance. We’ve had to wait for weeks before and submit many requests to get someone out to fix the problems.

My resident experience has just started , I like everything overall except a few things within the apartment with how it was cleaned and how it smells, you can tell the person who previously lived here owned a cat, my apartment smells of its urine and in the hallway someone’s dog or cat poo is just hangin out in the hallway since I moved in.

My a/c was out for 42 days. I made several maintenance requests. Sometimes, someone would come out and promise to be back the next day and would never return. I made a concerned work order about mold from the a/c unit leaking, and it also went on for 42 days unchecked. Office will not help, as I had to badger them for fixes. Make sure you read the lease because apparently, they write a clause saying they don't owe you any form of compensation if something happens. Absolute lack of sympathy or care felt towards the situation. Will never recommend.

It’s been great! The nose has never been that bad and maintenance always helps! The staff is always so helpful and available when needed! They took our recommendations into consideration and are overall very joyful!

The office staff is amazing! But we never use the pool . It’s always green. I feel like we would catch a disease swimming in it. I used to use the gym but because of other people abusing the privilege now I can’t before work because of the time restrictions. Dog park is horrible ! Filled with poo. Overall dissatisfied with the amenities. Location is okay if you’re looking for something close to downtown. About 8 mins away.

Lost 3 packages and no one wants to help never seen worst service or care, the mntce I think is pretty good but there working with old stuff so I thought there customer service would at least be on point , generous 2 stars

Fees are confusing. Bugs in the unit before even moving in our things. Some damage to the interior as well. Floor plan is really nice, though!

Move in experience was quick and easy, apartment was maintained well for its age and the amount of units. did notice some pests in the area surrounding our unit which is the only reason for removing a star. we have been proactive with pest control efforts so hoping this issue doesn't come inside! otherwise the amenities are great and danielle at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind!

The community is a nice place too live. The update is very nice. It enjoyable to have a pool and a gym in the community. Just updated the outdoor park great experience. The new Amazon storages is a plus.

It is a nice, safe and comfortable apartment, the location is also convenient for us, we love to use the gym, but hope the indoor swimming pool could open soon.

Fantastic staff and loving the updates. Hopefully the lawn around my unit will be reseeded before the fall to reduce mud being tracked in. Only real issue is that sometimes folks don’t use the stop signs in the parking lot

The inside is totally different from the outside. Very old. I understand that you draw ppl in from the outside, but once they're inside and see how old and delapatated they really are, says something totally different.

Overall our experience has been pretty good. We love our washer and dryer. However when we first moved in there was a roach infestation. We saw over 10 roaches in 2 days. It has gotten better but we still have issues but there aren't as many (one fell on my husband when he was in the restroom). Also our dishwasher doesn't really was our dishes. It leaves a ton of streaks and weird crumbs in the glasses even if the dishes that go in the dishwasher don't have food on them. We have bought streak liquid to try to help but it has not. I think there are definitely some improvements that need to be made, but overall not a bad.

The pool seems nice and the staff are mostly very helpful. Creeky floors above and the smell of weed in the parking lot low-key kinda sucks. But the location is one of the best in the county. Near everything you need and next to 385. Overall positive. I plan to live here awhile.

Terrible. I hate the 3rd floor. It smells in the halls walking up to my apartment. The carpets are really dirty. There's no security cameras etc. to ensure we are safe. My package got stolen ( a microwave) and reported by nothing was done or ever mentioned again about it. Our air went out. I have an 85 yr old mother living with me. I made a report, after noone came 4 days later, I did an emergency call ( left voicemail).someone called me back and had someone check it out, he couldn't fix it but bought a small unit for my mother's room so she wouldn't be over heated. But, I'm burning up. I also made other maintenance reports about other things but discovered all the maintenance crew had quit and others were filling in from other facilities. We pay too much money for this mess. I'm going to have to do what's best for me and my mother soon because this is getting ridiculous on top of that these rates we pay are higher than mortgages.

Absolutely horrible smoke infested apartment , parking is a nightmare. No A/C for over a month. Worst move in experience ever. They refuse for you to view the actual apartment you’re supposed to move into. Then when you move in the apartment it’s disgusting not cleaned. Roaches and Mold. Don’t move here.

Everything is great for the most part, unfortunately one of my neighbors smokes cigarettes inside so the smell does travel throughout the hallways. Other than that great place to live if it’s in one of the newer, renovated buildings.

One of the worst I have ever had. Employees & management don’t care about their residents, only about collecting rent and their money. I would never tell someone to rent here. I know many residents who are leaving because we share the same opinion about this place.

Management forest respond back in a timely manner. Amazon lockers aren’t showing up in the Amazon accounts. More Grill locations throughout complex. Rent is way too high for decent looking apartments.
