My friend and I are migrating from Nashville to Smyrna because my significant other works at the Nissan plant. Called and went for a tour of the property today (1-30-23) was greeted by Latrice over the phone. I went to the property and she has one of the sweetest and nicest attitudes I have ever encountered!!!! She went out of her way to show us two different apartments. This is the property I definitely recommend to live at. Seemed Very quiet, very nice, and clean apartments. I will definitely be moving here in April of 2023. Hope my experience gets even better. Thank you so much Latrice!!!!!! It's because of people like you that make the world a better place!!!!!

The bugs and mold are the only problem.
I enjoy your complex tremendously. I do feel there should be bilingual signs up at the dumpster to help eliminate all the items that are disposed of that aren't supposed to be. I know this could possibly insure changing all signs out if codes require that .. but it' do that and try to fix problem or continue to deal with the smell and all the mattresses and furniture by dumpster. We pay for vallet trash pickup and our prices as residents should not increase because other tenants can't follow rules.
Without a doubt, I'd highly recommend Stoneridge Farm to anyone looking for beautiful community to call their home
All maintenance requests are handled the next day. Mr. Louis is very helpful and works quickly to resolve our issues.
Getting Maintenance completely & promptly is very important to me. Maintenance always leaves me with a smile on my face. Awesome Job Maintenance
I Love this apartment community.
Needs some cleaning and touch ups in the club house, gym and pool area
It' a great community, the leasers care to keep the are nice clean and try to make it a happy fun environment for everyone by making fun events. They also keep the grass trimmed
Would recommend bc of continued upkeep to the property and buildings both interior and exterior. I especially like the LED lighting.
I do recommend it because the complex is well maintained
All of my maintenance request have been responded to in a timely manner. The property is fairly quiet.

The complex is well lit at night which helps make this a safer place to live. It is kept clean and well manicured. If ever I have questions or problems, I am treated so well and helped very efficiently. I am so glad to call this home.
I have lived here for 14 years and am very happy with the staff members. Most of them have changed a least once during that time, but everyone has been professional and helpful! I love calling this my home!

The spacious apartment is top reason for recommendations. The zoned bedrooms were the selling point.
The units are beautiful. The complex is quiet and near everything including restaurants, schools, hospital, shopping, etc.
I would certainly recommend to anyone to consider Stoneridge. I do believe it is a little pricey.
More than likely if the rent doesn't get raised too much. I'm already at the top of my budget. I have not had any problems. I feel very safe and it has been very quiet
It is a nice quiet community and anytime there is a maintenance request it is always handled in a timely and professional manner.

It's a very nice apartment community in a great location.
Very helpful and friendly staff, reasonably priced for rent.feeling safe.
I like the area but the breeze ways are not clean. Residents with pets should clean after themselves
I would recommend this apartment because of the quality of the apartments itself, but living in between the 3rd and 1st floor is noisy.
It is a community I am glad to call home. I feel safe and comfortable
Noise is terrible the people above me make a lot of noise running stomping loudly I hear everything and it’s very rude needs to be handled immediately
As far as apartments go, the prices are comparable with the space, amenities, and proximity to shopping and downtown. Good starter place.
I like the complex & so far very pleased to be a part of the community. I'm sure anyone I refer would be pleased as well
I would recommend the location, office and maintenance staff. But would not recommend due to cost to live there now and the gate issue. Also do not like that the water is not based on individual usage and the new $20/month pet fee that was not grandfathered in for existing residents.
I am more than impressed with the service that I have received from this complex. I'??ve had nothing but positive experiences with the office staff as well as the maintenance staff.

The location is great. This is a quite community for the most part; however, the leasing prices are outrageous!

Only issue would be on price. It's worth it for us personally because of proximity to the school but for others without that consideration price may be a bit above value.

I love the look of the grounds. It is convenient to everything. I just have a problem with the dog poop and the stairwells and outdoor areas are really dirty from the garbage sitting outside. It could use a power washing.

I just want to give Kudos to Craig and the entire maintenance team. They are always so kind and are truly efficient and knowledgeable in their repairs They also always wave hello when I'm walking to the mailbox or taking out trash and they are scootin' by on their golf carts. It's that kind of customer service that I like and makes me want to stay.

The maintenance within the Apartment was really bad. The paint was just slopped on the walls. You could see huge drips all over. There were paint drips on the floor. The appliances and cabinets were cheap. The windows leaked.

The rent was in my budget completely. What I did not like were all the small add ons. It was confusing. I just needed a bottom line of what would come out of pocket total per month. I felt like this was really sketchy or could be a way for the complex to charge what they wanted on things each month and get more money, which worries me. I do like that the application fees are being waved right now. This is the first complex that I have seen doing this at this time. The property is beautiful and the apartments are nice inside. The kitchen counter tops look very cheap for what you pay in rent though.
