The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Stoneridge Apartments
Major mice problem, maintenance is not very good, the leasing office refuses to address the problem. Instead of addressing anything they say they will do something and don't do anything. Their leasing office smells like mold.
The property manager is completely incompetent. Noting was ready on the day I moved in. Took a long time to get keys to mailbox. She cannot work the payment portal correctly from entering I correct numbers to sending out notices that you haven't paid rent (when the payment shows on ledger). They send out notices of maintenance the morning of entry, not really convenient for people who work night shift and you hang the notice while they sleep. I don't feel safe or comfortable in my own apartment and that I'd not really conducive for living.
Aside from management being absolutely terrible. They advertise free internet and cable (even when you're sitting down with them) then charge you $80 for the most basic possible cable cox offers and lowest internet speeds. Calling cox and checking it would be $35 for the package they charge $80 for. Also not safe at all
The apartment complex was purchased by the NAA early this year (2022). Ever since then everything has went downhill. On paper rent went down by about $50, however in practice it actually went up by about $100 after all the added fees for paying online. Rent you can still pay in-person, utilities has, at minimum, a $20 convenience fee then other charges along with it. The new office staff are terrible and do not respond to the phones or emails. You HAVE to show up in person, or you will be ignored. Due to my work schedule I am not able to be here during normal business hours without taking time off of work, now it's a requirement to speak with anyone. It sounds like an exaggeration but I'm now going on 9 days of trying to speak with someone and have finally requested time off. If you are curious, I am trying to speak with them about my utility bill which includes days that were covered in the old "all bills included" lease. No surprise they wouldn't answer when it's about bills. In addition to this the fun get-togethers the previous owners organized have stopped. We used to receive regular letters about the current going-ons around the complex and upcoming events and those have stopped. To nobodys surprise several people have moved out. I think I see a U-Haul and notice a missing neighbor every couple of weeks and who can blame them. Long story short, any review older than about four months ago (May 2022) are no longer valid. The place is under new anti-resident ownership.
Does not answer when trying to get information and going into the establishment was even worse. When approaching the establishment the girl at the counter didn’t even greet us or ask when we’re moving just an abrupt we’re full and stared down by her and two other associates. Don’t waste your time.
I've lived here for nearly 4 years, I think I mainly stay in this area because this is one of the nicer apartment complexes in Norman. My biggest complaints are the quality of water in Norman, the seemingly nonstop construction that has been going in in the city for multiple years, and the sketchy apartment complex across the street that seems to house riff raff. At least once a week you can guarantee to have police or the fire department at the complexes across the street.
