Molalla is a small, rural city in the cascade foothills, roughly thirty miles south of Portland. The center of town surrounding Main Street and Molalla Avenue features a low-key collective of local favorites: grab your morning coffee at the Hitchin’ Post Café, drop into the Buckeroo deli for lunch, or swing by the Sundowner to catch a band on the weekend.

For over a century, the city has been the home of the Molalla Buckeroo rodeo, a wildly popular event that draws cowboys and other competitors from around the nation.

Property Ratings at Stoneplace Apartment Homes
Visually appealing. Internet provided. Air conditioning is a great plus. High rent, water, electric and garbage fees. Management is hit or miss. Parking is a big issue. A lot of rules(enforced haphazardly). Rent increases with each renewal.
I like the staff, and the apartments are fine. but the parking. the parking sucks if you have more than one car per unit. not the best quality of construction. paint peels off easy. drywall is basically cardboard. its just ok
