I have lived here a couple years now and it has been nothing but great. The office staff has been so helpful and maintenance is very quick and efficient. It is a nice community to live in and close proximity to plenty of things to do.

I have been content since i moved in several years ago. the only change i would make would be having the garage attached to my apartment. its close, so i can live with it.
The apartment itself was awesome, but the bird and dog feces was beyond unappealing, and embarrassing when I had guests over.

Very chill community. The apartment is a great layout for one person and guest as well. I LOVE the built in desk.
I have recommended multiple people! The area is very nice, I love how much room there is to walk my dog. I love the sunflowers are planted, it' a nice touch I haven't seen at other apartments. The dog washing station is extremely nice as well as the pool area. I like the way my upgraded apartment looks. Overall, it is a very nice apartment complex!
Staff is great - we were building a house they were very flexible with our move out date. However understand going month to month the rate was quite high for an apartment of that size. Garbage was an issue - not anyone' fault but it was always over loaded and disgusting . Same with the lack of people picking of pet waste. Again not their fault but unpleasant to walk around and it was every where -
I always tell my family and friends how nice the community is and I am very happy living here.If they ever need to live in an apartment that this is great

It' so nice and worth the money you pay! I also love that it is animal friendly it is so nice to see people walking their dogs and children playing and I feel safe!
Everything is ideal except for entry and exit off busy main road. I would caution that this could be difficult for some people. Exceptionally narrow entrance although exits are good
This apartment is a bit more than I would like to spend, but it offers alot of bang for your buck. I appreciate the amenities and the friendliness of staff. Coming from out of state the experience here is great with promptness towards any maintenance and fixes. Not to mention those who were hard at it during the freezing cold in February. Staff here rocks.
It was good location. Kind of expensive
There are a few things that need to be repaired on the exterior of the apartment complex. There is damaged wood that has been rotted and exposed for months and has yet to be fixed. I wish the owners of pets would pick up their dog poop (especially larger breeds). The trash compactors are almost always broken. I wish they would install cameras there to keep people from leaving it a mess.

I find that the appartment is very clean, comfortable, and as far as the whole package (living space and amenities) you get such a great "bang for your buck" it's hard to say no. Staff was super friendly and inviting, and the overal atmosphere is alluring and comfy
I think it's a lovely community and is great rent for the quality of the apartments and community in the area

The complex has wonderful amenities and a kind and helpful staff. The apartments are very well kept and up to date and are a fantastic price.

For those of us that are retired, Stoneleigh offers great value for what is provided, although I miss an attached garage. But no more grass cutting or home maintenance. Peaceful and quite. Love it here.

The community is starting to look a little run down such as Many garage doors have The paint Peeling off,many of the Resident doors need Cleaning and painting,many areas need Sod or fill dirt especially at the dog Parks.

Somehow current residents do now comply with the rules. There are constantly leaving their trash by their doors and in some cases overnight. Also, pile of garbage left around the dumpster have been more frequent than I can remember

The staff is amazing here, maintenance is courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and professional, and it's one of the quietest places I have ever lived. We have one of the cleanest and best kept grounds I have ever seen in an apartment community. In addition, the staff goes out of their way to make sure residents feel appreciated with events they host. These are done after hours after they've worked long days. They also make it a point to acknowledge you if they see you while in the community.

I live my apt and the office personnel . However there was a lot of water in the floor and he got more on the floor unstopping the clog. I’m not sure if it’s his job to help me get the wet towels to the washer but I’d sure would have helped. The towel were heavy and it took me a bit to get the meds cleaned up.
Everyone seems nice and approachable and would handle any problems that arise with ease
Easy access to stores and we are on a main road which intersects to everything.
