Stonehenge Court Apartments

Cant wait To Move,i really like the apartments...the process was fast..close to big stores, restaurants..we are really happy with Nicole for answering every question for us and make all this happen..

I have been calling, emailing, and even trying to contact them well over several times through this website as well as others for MONTHS upon months and nobody ever answered the phone or reached back out to me and I understand with covid things are a little rocky but a courtesy email or phone call would've been appreciated. Despite reading the terrible reviews people have given this place I wanted to give them a fair shot anyways. But now that I have attempted more than several time to reach them and heard nothing back, I no longer desire to try to live here.

This is a great place to live if they maintained it properly. They are not maintaining the property. We have been living here and have heard from older renters who have been here for years that the property maintain has gone down. They don’t take care of the lawn, building, and always giving excuse to maintaining it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone anymore.

I just moved in a month ago and I really like the apartment! I have new appliances and I am on the second floor which is great! If there is a problem with the apartment maintenance is there the day or the latest the next morning to fix the problem. Lori is super sweet and helped me feel like I was at home! The community is very mixed but everyone is nice and keeps to themselves so it’s quiet! I enjoy living here!

Good Location. Safe. Secure. Pet Friendly. The apartment was little dated but very well maintained. Convenient to downtown and the highway. Grounds are pretty and well maintained. Good off-street parking. Lori in the office could not have been nicer or more helpful with the application process and during the time she was there! My sister had health issues and Lori kept an eye out for her! Thank you Lori!

I have to say that my experience living at Stonehenge has been an absolute pleasure. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in good repair when I moved in. There is also SO MUCH closet space in addition to a large secure storage space in the basement of the building that I never had before! Lori in the rental office was super sweet and accommodating when I needed to move in quickly! Maintenance has always been prompt whenever something needed attention, either coming same day or next day when needed. I had a faulty appliance that was replaced quickly and the maintenance team has always been very polite and pleasant. The neighbors are all friendly and respectful, I've yet to encounter any issues with noise or privacy. The location is super convenient to 22 and the airport and I can literally walk to the shopping centers nearby if I need something. This is also a pet friendly complex and when I adopted my dog, the process was simple and easy and the cost was more than reasonable. Compared with some of the complexes I've lived in the past, this one has definitely been the best so far!

Living at Stonehenge Court Apartments has been great! The neighbors take pride in keeping the complex clean and comfortable. Maintenance problems are resolved quickly and the staff is extremely helpful!

The staff at Stonehendge Apartments are absolutely amazing. They are courteous, responsive, and above all extremely helpful. Specially The leasing manager Lori and the maintenance staff Will and Brian are extremely kind and and helpful. The apartments are also very well, spacious and airy. They maintain the property well.

My Father passed away June 6th 2018 and my dad and my wife were spltiting the rent living together. My wife and I could not afford to stay. We looked for new apartment to live when we seen a rental sign so we went in the rental office and welcomed by the manager Lori Ann and we she was very informative with what they had available and costs. Lori Ann was very complete and accurate with all questions we had. We were very comfortable with her explanations. We the looked through the community and found exactly what we wanted. She worked hard to have our new upgraded apartment in the needed 30 days. The property very well kept and our court yard is Beautiful. The maintenance response and quality of workmanship are very good. Overall I would recommend Stonehenge to any one you won't regret it. I also saved $500.00 from the 2 bed room we had for our 2 bedroom we have now.

I no longer recommend Stonehenge as a place to live. The buildings are not cleaned on a regular basis any longer and often appear dirty. They used to be cleaned more often. Trash and furniture is allowed to remain piled up near the trash bins for weeks and often the tenants have to place it in the dumpsters because the on site maintenance does not do it. Maintenance calls can take weeks to be responded to let alone have the problem addressed and completed. There is no on site property management and the current office personnel does not respond to voice mail, speaking on the phone, in person or email. There are many missing roof tiles above several of the building entrances. The basements, where the washers and driers are, often have water in them after it rains which leads to mold growth. The lighting in the common areas, including the basements, is not replaced when the bulbs burn out. It takes multiple phone calls to have the problem rectified. Apparently the maintenance staff does not conduct inspections of the property and buildings. With the way the property is now I will not be recommended this place to anyone.

I did not like this place. No one cares about the renters. Definitely can find better place for the money.

The maintenance and management could not care less about our requests. Many people in the community were not satisfied with the maintenance as well..

While I can understand why the below person was frustrated, I cannot relate. I like living here and have no qualms. I personally like Judy, I have had positive/professional experiences with her. I think she is the type of person that is to the point/concise which jives well with my personality. She's always answered when I have simple questions and always waves/smiles when shes doing her rounds. I had the opportunity to move out this month and end my lease after two years but I chose to stay. I am a single working professional. I'm in my late twenties, just to give you some background. I feel safe here, which is more than I can say about any of my previous apartments. My neighbors are friendly and 90% in my building have been here longer than me. My below neighbor has at least been here six years. Everyone here is laid back like myself, never any noise, ever everyone minds their business. If there were ever any issues with water, it was always the area never just our complex, I know this because my sister has a house down the street and I always confirm if I'm the only one suffering. This past season a lot of issues with the city intermittently. I have had the maintenance crew personally apologize to me in passing and my response was "not your fault!" because its not. I think to some extent accountability and different personalities should be taken in account with these reviews. Your best bet is to take a tour with Judy and see for yourself if it's somewhere you can see yourself being. I know this review sounds fake but I am a real person haha and I do live here. It just seems like the only other review had a uniquely negative experience and I wanted to give my two cents!

One of the worst apartments I ever rented. One of the worst experiences of my life. After moving in to the apartment and discovering several severe problems (such as mold and corrosion of faucets), the management refused to deal with any of the problems. The management, represented on the site by Judith, refused communication and started act extremely defensive. The management let (with no reason!) the maintenance to our apartment while WE WERE ABSENT. The management lied to us about the inspection conducted in our apartment prior us moving in. The was NO INSPECTION. The management accused us of harassment while we tried to reach them out in order to discuss our lease. Finally it is all leaded to eviction process with NO NOTICE TO QUIT prior to it. The management filed complaint to the court for our eviction without sending us notice to quit. They wrote on the claim 'nuisance behavior' as a reason for eviction. Nuisance behavior is our calls to the city dep asking about inspection in our unit. Nuisance behavior is us talking to the neighbors about mold and water quality. We definitely do not advise this place to anyone!
