Stonehenge Apartments

I lived here 2 years. Had to move to Florida to help my daughter. And I’m moving BACK. Maintenance people are GREAT!! Snow is removed from parking areas in the winter with plows! The apartments are extremely spacious! These are not high class with high class prices. Buy your own washer/dryer , full size and they fit!! Xfinity internet can be purchased at your expense. Peaceful area 1/2 hour on the freeway and you can be anywhere. Sporting events, colleges, zoo, Phipps conservatory , theaters ! Pittsburgh mills mall just 10 minutes away with several restaurants, lowes, Sam’s , Walmart , dollar tree etc. Nice safe area I highly recommend.

My wife and I lived here for a year while we were dating until we decided to buy a house. We had a two story 2 bed 2 bath. Very spacious!!! It was definitely nice to have laundry right in your apartment. Grounds were well maintained year around. Water, Sewage, grounds maintenance, and garbage were all included. Electric was not. Our dishwasher broke within the first two months and it was replaced with a whole new one very quickly. Bob was great on the maintenance team. Many of the residents have lived there for a long time. All in all I would stay there again if needed. Only con was the year to year lease instead of a month to month after staying for a year. You could get out but it was a good bit of money. It made it hard to find and close on a home when you had to give 3 month notice to leave.

The grounds are kept clean which is nice but need updated. The staff is great! If I ever need anything it's usually taken care of the same day or within the next day. The rooms are pretty spacious and open and the closet space is amazing. The only drawbacks I would say are some of the furnishings are a little dated and the walls are a little thin.
