Our experience has been good. The only issue is the parking. It would be great if for the summer a family discount can be given for swimming and also to have a grill at the pool site since we are not allowed the have them anymore. Thanks

The appliance is very old and the cleaning of the corridor is not done regularly. The rent is very disorganized same flat they are charging old residents very high rate and newcomers they are giving at 500$ less rates this is not time based observed this since 1 year and while renewal of lease also they don’t offer new less rates same flat I pay 500$ higher. Water charges are high and gas charges are high .

Have lived here for few years and leasing office commitments towards making residents happy with living experience is completely lost, they are only behind money. Pay for every thing. Have a list of problems which never will be answered properly, only answer we get is Management's decision. No security lock for doors, no cc tv -even though there are many parcel thefts happening, mice problem in every building, Heater problem (solved temporarily)

I absolutely love the spot we have and our neighbors are wonderful. I do not like at all the neighbors upstairs because of all the problems we have had. I do not appreciate the treatment we get from the office and maintenance staff every time we have a flood in our apartment from c69 , our upstairs neighbors. The people that lived here before us never had floods , I know this because my neighbor's across from us have lived here for a long time. Nothing is ever really done about this on going problem. Maintenance also does a half assed job when they have to do repairs to our apartment as well. When I had a flood in my bathroom, twice, it took over a week for it to get fixed and painted , when my towel rack broke about a month ago they just put a round white plate behind the one side that broke , it looks ridiculous also. When the flood in our kitchen ceiling has to be painted they didn't even match the paint , they did eventually paint it correctly after being told to do so.

There are some improvements in last year. Eg. Soccer ground , Events etc. but still some problems exists ,..rats are stillthere.Team tried to control it but that was not very effective.I-block walkway mat change and paint is due from last year and still nothing is done.For few blocks mats were changed last year , I block mats are in bad shape and still no change.

Amenities are good, staff members are nice. Mostly quiet, clean and safe. I’d like to see more community events like group workouts, toddler story time, fall carnival, holiday crafts ect. Would take some planning but doesn’t have to be expensive

Easy walkable access to Target, Acme, Wholefoods, Wawa, and banks like Chase, BofA. Vibrant community and safe neighborhood. But rent prices are quit high though not justifying the amenities provided. We are in to third year anyway...

The neighbors are extremely noisy and do not follow the noise regulations and guidelines, have tried addressing the issue with the neighbors and put in complaints multiple times but they are still the same.

Firstly I would like to thank the Stonegate leasing team for the warm welcome. The team did a great job by showing us the place, and made us very comfortable from the beginning. They assisted us with completing the forms even though we were a bit confused they were do patient. The apartments are well taken care of the walk ways are also clean. The pool is clean as well. Generally people mind their business, they are warm and nice.

you raise ticket for any issue, it will be closed on the same day but actual work start after some day. when they close the ticket, there will not be any comments reason for closing it. I see this issue many times for mice issues.

It's a great space for young adults who aren't ready for a home purchase yet. Walking distance from Target, Acme, Edge Fitness, and even the local library if you're feeling ambitious. There are some families here, but when the kids are in school, the daytime is very quiet for those looking to work from home. Apartments are more spacious than others at similar price points in the area.

Grounds are kept very clean and grass is always cut. Landscaping is beautiful. I had the experience in using the gym. It is very nice. I love to go and walk on the treadmill which your view is of the pool. Very beautiful. Thanks

This is my third year living in this community, there hasnt been any Major issues to complain about and they have constantly updated the facilities to ensure the standards improved over a period of time.

This is the worst place to live I can't get anything delivered through the mail here? It always gets stolen with in minutes of being delivered and I'm really sick and tired of this and The Management of this apartment company because they won't do anything about it. I've lost over 10 packages and $300 worth of stock because it always is stolen my delivery to the bottom of the steps

The lobby is not at all clean it so stingy always. After making complaints no one is there to clean it. New rules have applied for payment of some materials and fixtures which is not appropriate. Ask for the pest in our home but till yet no one is there
