Fortville is a small rural town 25 miles northeast of Indianapolis. The community enjoys outdoor activities. Most of the main activities located in or around Fortville involve connecting with nature. Property Ratings at Stonecrest Apartments
I’ve been a resident for two years and it has just continually gotten worse, but they continue to up rent. The kitchen is disgusting, when we moved in the garbage disposal was broken and already caused serious damage to the cabinet, I called them to fix it and they got the leak to stop and the disposal runs but it makes a god awful noise beyond belief (like something sharped still in there). The toilet wasn’t even sealed properly to the floor and has gradually undone the poor caulking job and now leaks when you flush. The ac unit during the winter deciding to start leaking and won’t stop. All the cabinets are infested with yeast mites so once you make the mistake of puttin anything away the bugs find it. It’s all disgusting I could go on forever!!!! There’s a big family of opioid dealers that live in the building next to me and they pretty much own that side of the parking lot for all their dealings and scream at their kids so loud and so constantly you never wanna sit outside or have your windows open. And they are very rude mean people who’ll touch and damage your property but boy oh boy try to cross them and it’s over. Stonecrest is a depressing look into blue collar life in central Indiana, sitting right next to houses being gentrified but over here the poor are left to fight one another and suffer. God bless America and don’t move here if you want any chance or hope:)
It is quiet and peaceful! But they don’t keep up with the apartments, they keep up with the outside and that is it! They raise the rent every year and it’s not worth the rent or late fees if you pay rent late. Also if you call the office for maintenance request sometimes they don’t even answer. Also the manager is never here! Don’t move here!
