Property Ratings at Stonebrook at Northside Crossing
When I moved into the apartment, there were GIANT streaks of paint on almost every wall and some holes unfilled. I am not a picky person, but these were glaringly obvious and definitely not worth the price I was paying for the apartment, so I politely asked to have it touched up. Maintenance showed up and I hear them talking about badly about me outside my front door (mind you, I have not even met them at this point- just emailed a paint request). They proceeded to continue talking badly about me and their boss in my living room while I was in my bedroom and then laughed at how bad the apartment looks. On top of this, they also charge an exorbitant amount of unnecessary fees, but I have a character limit here so I'll leave it at that. Look elsewhere!!!!

This is my favorite place I've ever lived! The community is nice, great location, staff is very friendly and quick response to any questions / concerns / maintenance.

Stonebrook is a wonderful & very clean community to live in. management is top notch. any maintenance issues I had got addressed right away. they have all types of activities thru out the year for all age groups. movie nights by the pool, breakfast with Santa, July-4th community picnic with inflatable bouncy houses. ( just to name a few) Walking trails to walk your dogs. Grocery stores are conveniently located close by.
