Stonebrook Apartments

Very comfortable unit with plenty of space and lots of light coming in through the windows & Juliette doors! The complex is clean and well kept, and the maintenance crew is outstanding! Great amenities -- pool, workout room & community center. The staff is helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking with shade coming from the mature trees around the place. The complex location is perfect too: only a little off the beaten path but close enough that it doesn't take long to get to shopping or restaurants. This is a great place to call home!

Stonebrook is so pretty! Easy application, very safe property and a perfect place to live for college students. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you need!

maintenence is quick and reliable. rent price could be lower. pool isn't open all year. office people are helpful. clean gym and club house.

I love how the maintenance is responsive and prompt. The front office is very welcoming. We love it here! The environment is peaceful and safe.

There is always an issue with the pool/hours when the summer comes around. I been here for 4 years and it’s like this each year if it’s not closed.

The apartment was not cleaned. I see so many roaches. The staircase and hallway is very dirty. It doesn’t look like maintenance is been carried out for months in this apartment. I’m beginning to regret I chose this apartment. I’m not impressed at all…

Love the place and its very quiet its well gatted, the staff are very friendly, the apartment is what I wanted inside, I have no complaints about living here.

I've been here three months now and honestly, I never want to leave. The community is amazing. The complex is so clean and quiet. The apartment is perfect for my needs. This is definitely the most "home" I've experienced in 10 years or so.

Great so far, I can’t complain. Extremely welcoming, super polite, great vibes. I can’t wait to continue my lease and see how I adapt to the community.

PROS the approval process was smooth and fast. I was in a time crunch a d was pleased with the efficency of the process. Liberty was very friendly a pleasant to deal with. Cons/disappointments: i started my process on Thursday and moved in Friday. I specifically asked for 2br 2ba. Was given one but it rented before my screening was complete and another was not going to available until a month later, so I settled for a 2br 1bth. Friday as I was finishing my paperwork she took a phone call and offered caller 2br 2ba with sat move in date. When I asked her about that, she said it just came open that morning. I had communicated with her several times that day, she never informed me about that availability. I was also told The units had balcony/patio areas But the unit I received does not. I am disappointed that for the next 15 mo. I wont have an outdoor space and 1 less bathroom. However, the grounds are beautiful and I look forward to enjoying the community.

I love it here! I love how spacious my apartment is! it is not noisy or anything, the only thing that does bother me is people leaving trash in the parking lots.

Maintenance is swift to respond and the location is ideal. Only complaint is not that many community events for the complex. Staff at the front are courteous and helpful.

Great community with great property management. Property is always clean no over crowded dumpsters. Easily the best apartments in Tyler Texas.

The property is clean and safe staff.Staff in the office and maintenance are above and beyond. Really generally nice people They try hard to get those Dang gates to work. This pool is always kept clean which is appreciated

We moved here in July and love it. The staff is always ready to help. They have a dog park for your animals plenty of room to walk your animals. Anytime I call or email them. They respond right away. We’ve never had a problem here at all. We’ve enjoyed it. We look forward to years being here.

I love my new residence its very quiet and peaceful, Sarah and the staff is very helpful and thorough, they make sure all my residential needs are met .

Overall good apartment and the complex is quiet. The Maintenance response is excellent. It's located well where you aren't far from the life of the city but just far enough away to have a peaceful living space.

The community is extremely quiet, I have had not a single complaint in the 4 months I’ve been there. I feel like I’m in a safe, quiet community. Office staff is so easy to work with when I have any questions.

I love this community. Very friendly staff. Maintenance is quick and friendly. Gym has been updated. I would love the doors and gates to be locked around the community.

Great neighbors and nice place to live. Just wish the gates were fixed and worked. Maintenance is always fast to resolve any issues into of the apartment.

I love living in this community. The office staff is fantastic and always quick to answer and my neighbors are all friendly. The only “bad” thing that has happened is on 2 occasions, residents have let their pets poop on the walkways and not picked it up.

So far, my resident experience has been great. All my neighbors seem very friendly and courteous. The staff is lovely and accommodating with any issue.

Staff is great, buildings are nice. However, the neighbors so far during my stay so far have been less than considerate. There is a lot of riff raff and also kids have thrown rocks at windshields and busted them. Lots of pot smokers too.

Six months living here, I can only say that it is the best place. We have never had problems with neighbors, everything is very calm and we always have help from the administration

I enjoy the staff; they are very friendly, and the apartments are nice and quiet. The pool area is always nice and clean, and the gym is newly renovated and has great machines.

Everything about stonebrook is amazing. They’re updating so many things lately and i love it. i love living in a high class area that does cost me an arm and a leg. Everything is amazing.

We have lived here for a few months now and it’s been nice. I really do enjoy this complex. Office staff is helpful and kind. The unit we are in has had minimal issues but didn’t seem to be cleaned prior to move in. (There were seeds from food on the counter in the kitchen and beard trimmings in the bathroom sink.) There is a LOT of traffic to our building and the front gates have not been closed since we moved in. That’s one of the reasons we picked this complex so it’s a bit disappointing. There are times it does not feel safe. They give you the code when you move in but you never have to use it since the gates literally just don’t work. I wish they would have fixed them before remodeling the fitness center. There’s a bit of litter and a lot don’t pick up after their dogs but the complex seems to be cracking down on that. Maintenance is slow to respond, taking a few weeks for basic requests.

We really like living here and that every time we need help they support us and come as soon as possible, Liberty is very kind and the neighbors too

The office staff have been so helpful and polite. Sarah was so patient and kind with me as I was trying to get her everything she needed. The move in process was easy and the communication from them is very good. So far all is well in our new community and we are settling in nicely.

Nice community, gate is broken more often than not and I can hear my upstairs neighbor every move. Location is nice and pricing is fair , overall nice place to call home.

AC and parking are just daily inconveniences. In the master bedroom the airflow from the ac is so weak and no matter what I set the thermostat to it takes hours for the room to cool. I’ve put in a maintenance request but all they’ve done is come in and open and shut air vents. Some other time they “changed pressures” and changed the air filter. They also said I should never leave my ac as “on” and only have set to auto. I dislike that the vent in the master bedroom has weak airflow but the vent in the smaller room has strong airflow and that room is always much colder. Maintenance basically told me there’s not much they could do about it so oh well. Parking is terrible. There’s so much garages and covered parking spots available for rent and most seem unused but there’s very little free parking spaces and it’s not rare to park a building or 2 away from your unit and have a long walk back to your building.

Great place to stay. You’re close to everything and it’s pretty. The front office is nice and they help with any questions and concerns you may have. Highly recommend.

I got into my apartment in less than 24 hours, it’s my first time living alone and Sarah made the process so enjoyable and exciting for me. The complex is also super quiet, I feel as if I’ve picked a perfect place to raise my baby!

So far, the experience has been good. I wish I had blinds when I moved in, but that's the only negative thing I have to say. The staff was amiable and welcoming and got the unit ready ASAP because I needed a move-in ready spot.

The move-in experience was great, although a little difficult since they got a new system and had trouble getting used to it. However, despite this minor setback everything has been good! The amenities are great, neighbors haven’t been an issue. Great vibes all around !

I like the way it is gated and quiet. The arrangement of facilities and management is top notch. I like the availability of various options for packing your vehicle. I appreciate the privilege of getting school admission to another zone just because of this community.

Nice community, good part of town, and fairly quiet. It is literally basically the center of town. Everywhere just seems so close. Management works with you when needed.

The place is very quiet, the neighbors are friendly. You can feel safe living here. If you have a need, they support you as soon as possible and solve your question.

My experience with this apartment complex has been unfortunate. Since April 2024 it rains inside my apartment and I’m stuck with cleaning it up. I asked for some money off my rent and they said they don’t do that and gave me a $200 gift card. So then I asked to be let out of my lease they told me they will send the guy out one more time because he said he fixed it and if it happens again they will let me out of my lease. This is the second month it rained. I have a newborn which I can’t take the risk of getting mold and her getting sick.. The apartment I live in you can tell all they did was paint over the walls and trimming instead of replacing it. I also spoke with a lady that use to work in the leasing office who told me that bldg 7 was leaking when she worked here.. then I have to wait on them to call me when the guy is going to come back out. I can’t wait until I leave this place.

All the people are so nice and friendly. They always help you out and the maintenance is amazing also the AC works wonders had it set at 75 and it was freezing
